My Authentically Reflextion Of What Compassion Means To Me

by Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
the other day I received a message from the magnificent Barbara Franken, presenting the idea to me of sharing my personal understanding of what compassion means to me, and how I live my awareness. I was immediately interested in being part of this lovely new creation of hers. The attraction of expressing my way of living compassion in this world right away had its hand on me, and than I found myself realizing that „there is no simple one word answer to this question“.
Maybe because true compassion is a feeling that is build out of many layers of understanding self, and allowing this understanding to infiltrate our behavior with others. Or maybe because all simple things in life – are multidimensional in how we perceive and experience them.

From the heart I would say that in me, the feeling of compassion triggers the wish to assist others with my actions. This actions can have a range as wide as sitting silently next to a friend, in order to let him/her know that they are seen and accepted with what ever is going on; to quietly praying for the collective and beloved ones or can be standing up and speaking out for people, animals and environment – who have no voice in the current world games.
The capacity to naturally act on all of this impulses, I have gained thru years of very committed and disciplined spiritual practice, a growing understanding what self-love truly means, and an iron will to overcome all my limitations. But non of it would have been effective, if self-compassion would not have guided my eye, while looking at others.

And this self-compassion took me a long way to learn. You see when I was a child, I had a mainly absent father – out to travel all week and earn the family’s income (very stereo type haha), and my mother was a person who would work and push thru every physical, mental or emotional pain you can possibly imagine.
She did so to such an extend, that I actually thru all my childhood considered her being a very cruel person. Her individual mix of personal history, a natural B-Sides of the numerological vibration of 18/9 – which she represents, and most of all – a total refusal to grow spiritually.

One day, I was about 8years old, I watched her splitting wood in the seller. She slipped with the ax, cut deeply into her meaty knee, took quietly a deep in-breath; than simply removed the ax – put a bandage on her blood dripping knee and continued. As a little child, that was a real time horror shocker to me! And it made me scared to my bones, as for imagining what she could do to my body when in rage. An emotional state that she was not shy of expressing in physical violence. Now in her world, that is totally understandable and somehow ok. She is born in Graz, Austria, in the year 1931. She was 7 years old when the second world war in Austria started – an age where very important energetic gateways often are closing for the individual human; as we choose to identify stronger with the material world than with the spiritual realm. And there her focus already got re-directed from hopefully, happily living a child’s life, to „survival of the fittest is the rule of the game“.

So while she transitioned into a more physical body bound mindset, the world around her was dominated by aggression, forceful dominance and the loss of human life’s. As she refused over all the 85 years she has spend so far on this planet, to consciously reflect her own behavior ever, all the pattern she has build back than are based on pure survival instinct, physical fear reactions and a constant need to defend.
To allow myself the freedom of seeing this bigger picture while holding my inner peace in direct interaction with her – for me is an expression of compassion for her and for myself.

But it would not have been possible for me to extend this hand to her, if I would not have done the painful and deeply challenging inner work of self-recognizing my own harmful and abusive pattern. A work of self-acceptance for my humaneness and the mistakes I made thru life – and still make right now. Profound work of forgiveness for all the harm created on unconscious levels – which now are understood, and a constant commitment to work on my own inner confusions in respect to my own gentle heart.

I first had to create this inner sanctuary space of accepting life on planet earth, excepting my flaws, accepting the ways I am learning about myself and spirit in this world, accepting that seeing my daily life very different than the human collective on this planet does right now – is not because I am damaged or weak – but because I am whole in my heart. Spending years of cultivating my mind and my emotional body, has now widened the field of where my compassion wants to flow. My personal capacity to take more and more of this worlds brother and sister existences into consideration, when I am making an important decision about „my life“.

So on another layer you probably could also say that compassion is „the human capacity for us to develop“, if we truly desire world peace and a sustainable humane life on the blue planet. It is Native American understanding, that we are here as guardians and guides of the land and all its creatures. And I belief it is time we all together start acting on that. Time to approach life from a place of compassionate awareness for each others needs and respect for the future, our children desire to have!!Remember: „We’re all just walking each other home.” – Ram Dass

How Authentic Forgiveness Can Change The Impact Of Cause And Effect In Life

 by Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
I somehow feel like collectively we are all together huffing and puffing thru one big intensive wave of awakening energy after the other, since the very beginning of this year full of power for new creations and new beginnings. Last month Virgo Full Moon has brought up the chance for many people, to confront themselves with their anger issues and to understand the difference between a healthy expression of anger and a destructive one.
When we are brave enough to confront ourselves with the rather uncomfortable feelings like anger, frustration, irritation, or victim-hood ideas – than they can guide us to higher actions which are more authentic to our truth. Every single time we climb another level of consciousness, we are invited to look back thru our past and forgive ourselves as well as others, what ever was out of sync with the divine laws that are ruling our life’s. This act than transforms the impact of our actions and softens the payback ;-).

Most people are aware of “the law of cause and effect”, which is originally known as the hermetic principle of correspondence. In the Bible this divine law is mentioned as “As you sow, so shall you reap”. The law states that whatever energy we send out into the Universe, will over time, in a transformed but equal form of impact, come back to us.

Which means in essence, the principle teaches us about the return of our actions to our own door! So how does cause and effect turn into Karma in our lives? The expression Karma is a Sanskrit word for “action”, which refers to the cause in this principle. Newton realized a long time ago, that within the blueprint of our universe, ‘every action must have a reaction’. That is what creates the effect. What ever we decide to think, speak or do in this world, initiates a force that will create a reaction accordingly to the energy we have send out.
The law states: Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause; everything happens according to the divine laws; miracles, kismet, synchronicity and good or bad luck are nothing, but names for this law when not recognized correctly.

How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.
Wayne W. Dyer

Violence does, in truth, recoil upon the violent, and the schemer falls into the pit which he digs for another.
Arthur Conan Doyle

The law is simple. Every experience is repeated or suffered till you experience it properly and fully the first time.

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.
Mahatma Gandhi

We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies.
Martin Luther King, Jr.Dear ones, I hope this insides, the prayers and Mantra will be helpful for you, in case you are in need of tools on your path to self-liberation thru the power of forgiveness. The Divine Color Rays Most Active In Our Collective Awakening

oby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
over the last few month you heard me repeatedly talking about the increased support that is in the air, transmitted from the Realms of the  Ascended Masters, and reachable for so many for the first time right now. I shared a post explaining how the Masters send out information, energetic waves and their higher frequencies, thru the highways of sound and light, and how that has an impact on human life on earth. We looked into the power of transformation that the inner fire of alchemy is holding for us, and how our breathing is the key to master this alchemical process. As we change layer by layer, and transform our momentary state of being – into a higher vibrating version of our TRUE SELF, we manifest more and more light into our physical body and become the shining lights we always have been. The Ascended Master Apollonius of Tyanan showed us the way, how to raise our vibration of the physical bodies DNA strands!
Than the last few days there have been so many Angelic Messages, Number Sequences, Synchronicity and repetitions of numbers that appeared, since the intense energies of the Virgo Full Moon, that today it is time to collect information on the divine highways of light; the divine color rays of manifestation; that are the most active for us these days.
For the ones who are not familiar with this term jet, we are talking about the seven colors of the inner wheels of divine creation, the inner rainbow light of the chakra system in the physical body. Each of the seven rays represents the acceptance, perfection and completion of a particular aspect in our personal Christ Consciousness – the I AM awareness. On our individual path of self-mastery, the frequencies transmitted from this rays, combined with the awareness of their meaning, can propeller our growth quickly into exhilaration. We are all great spiritual beings, powerful and deserving of our own awakening and ascension. Use your power to create exactly the life you want on planet earth!!

In order to show you how long they are already announcing their presence, and how the articles I am channeling are interconnected over long periods of time, you find under the name of each Ascended Masters listed, an article about them with prayers, invocations or Mantras.

The Violet Flame & Kuan Yin the Goddess of Mercy

kwanyinby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
some days ago a season of articles around the violet flame of the Ascended Master Saint Germain started coming to me. It continued with combining the masters tools with conscious breathing our ability to let go, forgive and move on, and how to heal the Family tree, by combining the violet fire of transformation with the Hoʻoponopono . Today I would love to add to this mix, the mercy and kindness of the Ascended Master “Goddess Kuan Yin”. Her divine frequency field is a tool, many people found helpful to bring deeper level of self-love and self-compassion into their lives.
The Goddess Kwan Yin is known as the Goddess of Mercy. Her divine qualities are compassion, kindness, fertility, health and magic. She is patron of the children and of the helpless here on earth. In China she is also known as great mercy, great pity, salvation from misery, salvation from woe, Goddess of thousand arms and thousand eyes. She is a Bodhisattva, an Enlightened One, who refused to enter the divine realms and vowed instead to stay in the earthly realms until all living beings reach enlightenment. If today’s 11/11 Scorpio New Moon unveiled to you the dark side of your being and you have trouble forgiving yourself, work with the energy field of this beautiful mother figure.

A centering technique I recommend you use before starting any prayer or Invocation of higher vibrations is the following:

  1. Put your thumb, index, and middle fingers of your left hand together and place them in the middle of your chest next to your heart.
  2. Close your eyes and focus on this area.
  3. Take several deep calming breaths.
  4. Visualize the inner light.

Center all you energy in your heart, visualize the violet flame of transformation first surrounding, than entering your heart. Don’t forget to breath deeply, with wide open mouth and make sure you really feel what you say!! Allow yourself to experience the impact the words have on you, on emotional and energetic level (maybe put a hand on the heart or on your belly while you speak), without allowing them to become overwhelming again! If painful memories surface consciously release them into the violet flame. qy1

Self-Compassion in 3 Steps – Tips from The Buddha

by Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
by now we nearly passed the first week of the increasing wave of frequency shifts, that will go on until the 11th of November. Like I mentioned the energy impacts can get as intense as in September, which is why The Enlightened Being the Buddha Gautama is supporting us in our process. One thing the Buddha is promoting to us as important ascension tool, is the practice of SELF-COMPASSION.

This is what he shared:
Just as wisdom covers the intellectual or comprehending side of our nature. Like wisdom, compassion is uniquely human quality. Compassion is made up of two words. ‘co’ meaning together and ‘passion’ meaning a strong feeling. And this is what compassion is. When we see someone is in distress and we feel their pain as if it were our own, and strive to eliminate or lessen their pain, then this is compassion. So all the best in human beings, all the Buddha-like qualities like sharing, readiness to give comfort, sympathy, concern and caring “all are manifestations of compassion”.
You will notice also that in the compassionate person, care and love towards others has its origins in care and love for oneself. We can really understand others when we really understand ourselves. We will know what’s best for others when we know what’s best for ourselves. We can feel for others when we feel for ourselves. So in Buddhism, ones own spiritual development blossoms quite naturally into concern for the welfare of others. The Buddha’s life illustrates this very well. He spent six years struggling for his own welfare, after which, he was able to be of benefit to the whole of mankind. – end of quoteaaOur compassion is what is called our “Buddha seed” or “Buddha nature”, our potential to become a Buddha our self’s. Essentially it is because all living beings carry this Buddha seed inside, that we have the capacity to become Enlightened. It is recommended to develop extend and deepen our compassion, through a regular meditation practice. When we do so – the repetitions transform us over time, into an expression of the universal mind of great compassion. But before we are truly ready to reach that state, we have to be in a place of SELF-COMPASSION.
So let’s take a look at the three most important steps toward authentic and effective self-compassion.

Mindfulness
Don’t replay mistakes in your head over and over again!! Don’t call yourself stupid or worthless!! Don’t use negative language against yourself at all!! Harsh self-criticism might be pretty common, but beating yourself up for your mistakes and punishing yourself for your failures does not actually help anybody. It just makes you mentally weaker and less capable of making the right decision for your next step. Try instead to be the observer of your negative emotions, without overly focusing on them or suppressing them. The same for mistakes and hurtful actions you saw on yourself. Which leads us to self-kindness.

Self-Kindness
Now as you are acting more like an observer than a judge of your situation, you can start exchanging harsh and demanding thoughts or words – for a more supportive and self-loving language. Worldwide studies show that treating yourself with kindness, is the best way to create a more authentic results for the next time. Self-compassion is in essence, the line that follows up from self-recognition to self-acceptance and following acts of self-improvement. So the next time you go a bit of the trail, embrace the confused and insecure person you might turn into!! Hold yourself tight and let yourself know, you got your back!! Promise yourself that you will do better already when the next chance comes along, and than make sure you keep your promise!!

Connectedness
When ever we are in a profoundly difficult situation, it helps us to acknowledge that our suffering and failure might not be as individual as it seams in the moment. Maybe it is rather an universal experience, that other human beings went trough before. By doing so we on one hand remind ourselves, that we are not alone in our pain – and on the other side – that others have overcome similar difficult situations before, so we can also develop the strength to do the same. Remember Jesus Christ sad that we could all do what he has done, and even more… well, lets go and proof him right on that on ;-)…
comI hope with this steps you feel inspired to add even more kindness and self-love to your everyday life behavior, and that you have lots of fun practicing self-compassion!! Don’t forget to think uplifting thoughts about yourself, when things are already ruff!! Keep breathing, smiling and hugging yourself!! Sending b
lessings and wish you much success increasing your self-compassion ;-)!
Love Edith
