A Right To Live – Humanity in Harmony with Mother Earth & the Nature Forces

sasby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
over the last few month we have been invited by the collective awakening energies to build a stronger bond with the forces of the nature kingdom. To evolve in sensitivity to our physical bodies sensory abilities, and make friends with beings from the crystal, the animal and plant kingdom of creation. Such a love connection and elevated oneness feeling naturally brings some questions into focus, about the way we treat nature and the blessings given by mother earth. Questions like, who has a right to life?  Only one species? Do humans have the right to exterminate any species they want to kill? Do we really have to go there?

Today, we are living in the age of the greatest wave of extinctions since the Permian extinction 250 million years ago. There are those who call this situation human “progress”.  There are others, however, that have a different vision, one of harmony and oneness, balance and co-operation with the planets blessings. Around the world many people are coming to see the present world system as a form of suicidal madness. In the article “the Alchemy of Conscious breathing – the golden path of ascension” I shared how in the merging process of spirit coming to life as material beings, the elements are building our physical body. Knowing that, how can we still think we could abuse, consciously harm and depress the forests, the big waters, all types of animals and resources of the planet, without harming the collective of humanity as well??!!

A personal message to all my facebook friends!! FB is limiting the distribution of my posts daily more. If you resonate with my articles and are used to find my work  shared in a group, rather sign up on my newsletter here to make sure you get the information!!! Over time I might not be able to put in the FB time, if it does not lead to what it is about – SPREADING THE WORD ;-)!

The simple truth is – we can’t!! And there are those who started to recognize that and are putting this important spiritual awareness into actions. The Bolivian President, Evo Morales, has released an act of “Laws of the rights of mother earth”. This Act for pacha mama, is intended to recognize the rights of Mother Earth, including also the obligations and duties of society to ensure respect for these rights. We can hope that over time other governments will pick up on the idea, and start protecting the environment from their own greed and wrong doings.70For humanity collectively most important things, confirmed as law are:
~ Respect and defend the rights of Mother Earth. The State and any individual or collective person must respect, protect and guarantee the rights of Mother Earth for the well-being of current and future generations.
Remember: Just as the Native American Code of Ethics teaches us, “we have only borrowed this earth from our children, and each of our decisions should serve the next 7 Generations!!

~ No commercialism. Neither living systems nor processes that sustain them may be commercialized, nor serve anyone’s private property.
This is super important as in more and more places of the world, the rich and famous have neglected the international right of excess to the water bodies of the world, have created private beaches and limited the possibility for the locals in need, to be nourished by the water powers.

~The right to preserve the functionality of the water cycle, its existence in the quantity and quality needed to sustain living systems, and its protection from pollution for the reproduction of the life of Mother Earth and all its components.
This is huge!! If this law is properly enforced, it means that big concerns like Nestle and Coca Cola don’t have a chance to come in, by land all over the place and than cut of water sources for the indigenous communities, that have lived there since generations.

~ Multiculturalism. The exercise of the rights of Mother Earth requires the recognition, recovery, respect, protection, and dialogue of the diversity of feelings, values, knowledge, skills, practices, transcendence, transformation, science, technology and standards, of all the cultures of the world who seek to live in harmony with nature.
This one I love with all my heart, as what they are literately describing is the manifestation off the Golden Age of Aquarius. When all nations and private people come together in order to share their abilities and gifts, knowledge and technologies how to care properly for the earth, a Golden Time for this planet is possible!

Take a moment to contemplate and don’t forget, last month I shared with you a set of four songs and one prayer, that help us develop and cultivate a deep inner relationship with the element water, the element air, the element earth, the element fire and the element ether (the all uniting spirit of the universe), if you have not started using this connections for your daily life jet, “it is never to late to make the first step”!!von naDear Ones, I hope you feel the loving embrace of earth, the storming winds, the floating waters and the passionate fire of life deep within your being. I hope they allow you profound insides into your own human nature and the oneness we truly live on planet earth. May all your attempts to bring more awareness and clarity into this world be blessed with rich success, and may you find a home in the true nature of your all uniting loving heart.
Blessings and naturally flowing Love!
Edith

The Divine Color Rays Most Active In Our Collective Awakening

oby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
over the last few month you heard me repeatedly talking about the increased support that is in the air, transmitted from the Realms of the  Ascended Masters, and reachable for so many for the first time right now. I shared a post explaining how the Masters send out information, energetic waves and their higher frequencies, thru the highways of sound and light, and how that has an impact on human life on earth. We looked into the power of transformation that the inner fire of alchemy is holding for us, and how our breathing is the key to master this alchemical process. As we change layer by layer, and transform our momentary state of being – into a higher vibrating version of our TRUE SELF, we manifest more and more light into our physical body and become the shining lights we always have been. The Ascended Master Apollonius of Tyanan showed us the way, how to raise our vibration of the physical bodies DNA strands!
Than the last few days there have been so many Angelic Messages, Number Sequences, Synchronicity and repetitions of numbers that appeared, since the intense energies of the Virgo Full Moon, that today it is time to collect information on the divine highways of light; the divine color rays of manifestation; that are the most active for us these days.
For the ones who are not familiar with this term jet, we are talking about the seven colors of the inner wheels of divine creation, the inner rainbow light of the chakra system in the physical body. Each of the seven rays represents the acceptance, perfection and completion of a particular aspect in our personal Christ Consciousness – the I AM awareness. On our individual path of self-mastery, the frequencies transmitted from this rays, combined with the awareness of their meaning, can propeller our growth quickly into exhilaration. We are all great spiritual beings, powerful and deserving of our own awakening and ascension. Use your power to create exactly the life you want on planet earth!!

A personal message to all my facebook friends!! FB is limiting the distribution of my articles. In case this restrictions keep going, only a very small amount of people on FB will be able to see my posts!! If you enjoy my work and are used to find my articles shared in a group, please sign up on my newsletter here. Just type in your e-mail address in the prepared field!!  Over time I will not be able to invest the FB time, if it does not lead to what it is about – SPREADING THE WORD ;-)!!gfHere is the result I got after tapping into the divine color rays, in order to ask which of them are the most active for our collective awakening process right now. In order to show you how long they are already announcing their presence, and how the articles I am channeling are interconnected over long periods of time, you find under the name of each Ascended Masters listed, an article about them with prayers, invocations or Mantras.

12:12:15 – Symbolism and Significance of the Number 12 in Human Life

indexby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
today’s 12/12/2015 Gateway is again a very special day full of shifting energies and new frequencies, that will anchor until the Solstice and the last days of the year. The number twelve is without a doubt one of the major keys to the mysteries of mankind’s existence on Planet Earth. It penetrates all aspects of life, all over the planet in tradition and religion. It is symbolic of the creation of the universe, as it represents the division of our godlike unity nature into twelve individual vibrations. Twelve different tones, that are showering us as sound,- and light pattern, known as the divine highways of sound and light.
The number twelve represents the qualities of personal perfection of governmental ruler and personal authority, it shows up in the Book of Revelation 22 times and is mentioned in 187 places in the Bible. It is an indicator of great understanding and wisdom, as it is considered to be the ancient number of completing our learning cycles. The twelve represents the manifestation of the Holy Trinity stabilized in the four corners of the horizon – 3 X 4.

Here are some of the many expressions we find in our collective worldwide symbolism and traditional understanding:
We have 12 month of the year, 12 hours of the day and 12 of the night, there are twelve sign constellations in the zodiac, the Buddhist tradition recognizes twelve causes of existence or Nidanas, there were 12 tribes in Israel symbolizing the completeness of the nation, Jacob had 12 sons, there are 12 Minor Prophets listed in the Old Testament, the Islamic religion recognizes twelve imams, ancient Egypt had 12 gods, there are twelve imposing rooms in the Scandinavian paradise, there are 12 historical books in the Bible, 12 breads have been broken and shared by Jesus Christ at the Last Supper, there are twelve administrators of Solomon, Jesus chose to travel with 12 apostles, the twelve works of Hercules, the oldest language “Sanskrit’ has twelve names for the Sun, the Chinese horoscope represents twelve animal powers, according to the Japanese cosmology the Creator is seated on twelve sacred cushions, Jesus first appears in public when he was 12years old, the 12 Strand DNA our physical bodies are converting to, the Life Cycle of Human Beings has twelve stages, so does the Light Body Process, and 12 times 12 makes 144 (000) the number sequence of the amount of Lightworker, expected to create a critical mass for the collective shift into the Golden Age of Aquarius.kkThe 12:12:2015 Gateway is a portal to freedom, to joyfully sharing and co-creation. As our Earth moves through the 12:12 frequency codes, her vibration will be altered so much, that some of us – who have been focused on mastery since a while – will have the chance for major leaps of Self-Mastery and Completion. The Violet Flame of Ascension will illuminate for a while the entire atmosphere of planet earth. The Ascended Masters have expressed that of the 144,000 Lightworker on earth, many will feel called to step up and become guardians and a caretaker of this planet. For all of us, there will be another quickening in spiritual growth and personal awakening into deep inner freedom, that humanity has yet to discover. The number 12 is related to the star sign Pisces and the Tarot card The Hanged Man. Which means it is supposed to tun our lives upside down. It is a warning of the necessity to be alert to every situation, to be aware of fake people and false flattery and those who try to gain from a situation, by having a hidden second agenda. Now is the time for spiritual seeker and skeptics worldwide, to realize there is a pattern in nature and the universe and to follow it without doubt or second guessing. Collectively our interest in Mathematics, Sacred Geometry, Numerology and Music will naturally grow, as the connectedness of all things gets more obvious than it has been in history for thousands of years.

The are three levels of self-initiation this amazing Portal is providing for us. Level 1 is called “The Gate” and is the initiation that will show us all of the demons (limitations) that our thoughts and emotions subconsciously create. Level 2 is called the “Red Feather of Courage.” In order to initiate yourself into this level, you must have courage and be willing to stand firm in your service to your inner divine and the collective divine plan. Expect to be dissed, cultured and ignored for your good deeds! As this is the essence of this particular initiation. And Level 3, this is know as the “Floor of Malkuth”, and it will serve us to lift our collective belief’s about death and aging into higher dimensions of understanding.awBeloved ones, I  hope this information brings you hope for the weeks to come. That it makes you brave, even fearless in approaching the changes that are now coming into our life. And make you capable of shifting and transforming your world, in the initiating fire of the violet flame and with your conscious breathing, till only pure divine essence is left. I am so looking forward to see it all unfold in front of our eyes, I am totally excited for all of us!! May you be blessed with faith and strong inner guidance!!
Love and Ascension Blessings!!!
Edith

9 Animal Species That Use Psychoactive Substances In The Wild

1524815_185511901649386_324707819_nDear Friends,
from day to day now, we are tapping deeper into the awareness of our shared reality with the Animal Kingdom. More and more people receive messages by the other world, transported by animal spirits. Reading this article I can’t help but ask myself if this facts might not be helpful for the human race, when we harmonize our energy field with the Animal Kingdom.
Many of the below mentioned animals are well known helper for us, in indigenous traditions identified as Power animals. I like to think, that the Dolphin in it’s  “trance-like state” is able to tap into the energetic field of humanity to charge us with the amazing qualities their lives represent to us. Same for the Jaguars – who are royal animals to many cultures, the Horse – part of Native American inheritance, the Reindeer the same
for the Nordic countries and Pics  , part of cultural believes worldwide.
So couldn’t it be possible that animals in altered states of awareness also use the same highways of information than humans do and therefor are channeling their characteristics, love and support to us, when consuming psychoactive substances!?? What Do you think? Anybody who can share such an experience?

Wishing you loving and nurturing connections with the animal world!!
Edith

For millennia, our ancestors have enjoyed, and even regarded as sacred, a variety of mind-altering substances. Cultural artifacts, visionary artwork and rituals in many indigenous cultures and past civilizations point to this fact. As Ethan Nadelmann remarked in a recent TED talk, “Our desire to alter our consciousness may be as fundamental as our desires for food, companionship, and sex.”

While Homo sapien consumption for consciousness-expanding purposes is well-documented throughout anthropology and history, ample evidence suggests we are not the only creatures who seek mind-altering plants and substances in their environment.
Indeed, plenty of our animal friends enjoy mind-altering substances: Some eat fermented fruits, psychoactive mushrooms, and opium poppies. Others rub themselves with crushed ants or angry millipedes.
The initial attraction to these substances might not be just to get high, but for nutritional or protective purposes. For example, fermenting fruits might be attractive to certain species because the process signifies the fruit is at its highest caloric value, and is also going to rot soon. In other cases, naturally occurring intoxicants might serve some curative function or contain nutrients that are otherwise scarce in the environment.
But, there’s compelling evidence to suggest that altering one’s state of mind for the simple purposes of experiencing that altered state is a natural drive common to many inhabitants of the animal kingdom. See for yourself.

1. Lemurs and capuchin monkeys get high off of millipedes.

The idea that some animals get high off other animals is an intriguing one, and lemurs and capuchin monkeys seem to be doing just this with poisonous millipedes. The millipedes store toxic chemicals, including cyanide, which they release in defense when provoked. The primates pick up and agitate millipedes and then rub them all over their bodies, coating themselves in the defensive secretions — here’s a BBC documentary clip on this. As mentioned in the video, the primary reason for this seem to be protection against a variety of parasites, but the monkeys and lemurs also seem to enjoy a thoroughly blissful intoxication as a result. The monkeys, being more social animals, have been seen passing a millipede around, reminiscent of a group of people passing around a joint.

images (1)2. Dolphins enjoy the psychoactive effects of poisonous pufferfish.

Similar to the lemurs and monkeys above, dolphins have been observed hanging out in groups of four to seven, passing around an angry pufferfish. The pufferfish releases an extremely potent poison called tetrodotoxin which is more deadly than nerve gas or the venom of the black widow spider, and thus is one of the most toxic compounds known to man. Evolutionary biologist Dr. Christie Wilcox is skeptical of the theory that dolphins are intentionally doing this for the purpose of intoxication and pleasure, but there is some compelling evidence to the contrary. For example, the BBC documentary Spy in the Pod showed dolphins passing around a pufferfish and then floating near the surface of the water, apparently in a “trance-like state.”

3. Many species of birds do what is called “anting.”

A seemingly odd behavior, ravens, myna birds, jays, magpies, and other birds sometimes either rub themselves with ants or get intimate with anthills to coat themselves in ants (see a jay do it here). This is called anting, and its purpose remains unclear.
An article published in the journal of the American Ornithologist’s Union in 1974 reviewed the possible explanations for anting. One theory is that the birds are coating themselves with the ant’s defensive chemical secretions, thus applying a protective coating much like when we apply insect repellent.
Another possibility is that the secretions serve to soothe the bird’s body during molting season. Others point to the curious movement sometimes observed during anting (described by one ecologist as “a curious dance that involved flopping around on the grass with its wings outstretched and its beak open”) as proof of an intoxicated state, suggesting that anting is pleasurable for the birds.
Perhaps the answer is a combination of these theories. Similar to how humans use cannabis, anting may at times serve a protective or curative purpose, while at other times be done mainly for the enjoyment of the altered state it brings about.

4. Many animals seek out fermented fruits in the wild.

It has been widely reported that elephants get themselves drunk from the marula tree’s fermented fruit. Anecdotal reports of these stumbling elephants go back over a century, and the phenomenon was portrayed in the film Animals are Beautiful People by James Uys (Uys also made The Gods Must Be Crazy). The idea is that the fallen fruit ferments either on the ground before being eaten, or in the elephant’s digestive system, yielding one drunk pachyderm.
As fun as it is to think about inebriated elephants, this theory has been debunked by an article published in the Physiological and Biochemical Zoology journal in 2006, and it’s been suggested that the clips shown in the above video were staged by artificially sedating the elephants. For starters, elephants don’t eat the rotten fruit from the ground, instead preferring to ram the tree trunk to shake loose the ripe fruit, even when there’s fruit on the ground available. Another hypothesis, which suggests that the fruit ferments in the digestive system, is also out of the question; the fruits are not in the digestive system long enough for that to happen, and the sugars needed for fermentation are metabolized by the elephant before they can be converted to alcohol by yeast. And, in order to get drunk an elephant would need to eat 1,400 fully fermented marula fruits — an unlikely feat. Despite its improbability, the myth, and convincing videos of seemingly drunk elephants, persist.

images (2)However, there have been confirmed reports of other animals that regularly consume fermented fruit. The pen-tailed treeshrew, native to Thailand and Malaysia, is known to regularly snack on the nectar of the bertam palm tree, sharing this indulgence with the slow loris and several other mammals native to that area, according to a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science in 2008. The palm’s flower bud houses a species of yeast that ferments the nectar, bringing it to a beer-like alcohol content of up to 3.8%. It is estimated that, in one night, the treeshrew can consume the equivalent of nine alcoholic beverages. However, they show no overt signs of intoxication because their bodies use more efficient ways of breaking down alcohol than we do, preventing the accumulation of alcohol necessary for getting drunk. Similarly, bats regularly encounter and consume fermented fruits in the wild. Like the treeshrew, they show no signs of intoxication. When scientists gave bats an alcohol solution and made them fly an obstacle course, they performed no worse than their sober counterparts.

Monkeys also have a taste for alcohol — not only do they seek out fermented fruits, but they also like to steal alcoholic drinks from tourists. And their taste for alcohol has allowed for some pretty interesting research on their drinking habits. Vervet monkeys that were given access to alcohol in a social setting show some striking parallels to the drinking patterns of humans.
The monkeys could be grouped into social drinkers, which prefer sweetened drinks and only drink in the company of others; regular drinkers, which prefer their drinks straight, make good leaders, and are socially dominant; binge drinkers, which are aggressive and can drink themselves to death within months if given unrestricted access to alcohol; and abstainers. What’s more, not only the types of drinkers similar to humans, but the proportions of each of these behavior patterns in the monkeys studied reflects those found in human populations. These findings raise the possibility that our patterns of drug consumption are more fundamental aspects of our animal nature than we might think.

wacky-horse-570x3675. Horses seek out locoweed for its intoxicating effects.

Locoweed refers to any plant that produces the chemical swainsonine. It is thought that horses are initially attracted to these plants because they remain green longer than other plants once winter comes around. However, they begin to seek it out for its intoxicating effects, increasing their use over time. Farmers do their best to eliminate locoweed from their properties, as its frequent consumption is damaging to the animal’s health. A study published in the Journal of Animal Science in 2003 found that horses that ate the weed for two weeks developed significant weight loss and signs of depression. Swainsonine interferes with a metabolic enzyme, resulting in the buildup of the simple sugar mannose in neural cells. If severe, this buildup can lead to heart problems, reproductive difficulties, and neurological damage to the horses.

6. Jaguars eat the ayahuasca vine.

According to this Discovery article, humans aren’t the only ones that use Banisteriopsis caapi (one of the two plants used to make ayahuasca) as a psychoactive. This Amazonian jungle vine contains several compounds called beta-carbolines that potentiate the DMT in the ayahuasca brew by inhibiting bodily enzymes that would otherwise be responsible for breaking down the DMT. It turns out that jaguars also seek out the leaves of this jungle vine.
Higher doses of harmala alkaloids often result in vomiting and diarrhea characteristic of ayahuasca, so one possibility is that they consume the vine to purge the intestinal tract of possible parasites; a study of the Amazonian Piaroa tribe published in the Journal of Psychoactive Drugs suggests that eating the leaves grants the jaguar heightened sensory perception, helping them hunt. However, the jaguars are also known to roll around in ecstasy after consuming the vine, suggesting to some that its use is primarily for pleasure. See it for yourself here.

images7. Reindeer eat the psychoactive Amanita muscaria mushrooms.

These red-and-white psychedelic mushrooms, native to temperate and boreal regions in the Northern Hemisphere and thought to be the sacrament referred to as Soma in one of Hinduism’s foundational texts, are also a favorite snack of reindeer. As Gordon Wasson relates in his book Soma: Divine Mushroom of Immortality, reindeer are reported to prance about after eating the fungi — which are commonly referred to as “fly agaric” — apparently reveling in their intoxicated state. Reindeer are also an integral part of the history of Amanita use by indigenous peoples of Northern Europe and Siberia. As Reset.me recently reported, a 2009 BBC video explains how the Sami people indigenous to the Arctic Circle have long used fly agaric mushrooms in their visionary rituals. It is theorized that the connection between reindeer, Sami and fly agaric mushrooms is the basis for the legend of Santa’s flying reindeer.

Not only did these people herd reindeer, the animal being their main source of food and clothing, but they also got high with a little help from their reindeer friends. The effects of Amanita muscaria are characterized by a certain unpredictability, as their ingestion can bring about a range of thoroughly unpleasant side-effects and physical symptoms. In time, it was discovered that muscimol, the active compound of the mushrooms, is not processed by the body but is instead flushed out through urination while the more toxic compounds responsible for the body load are broken down. This led to the practice in some places of drinking the psychoactive urine of the shaman who had eaten, and thus purified, the mushroom. Some shamans even drank the urine of reindeer that had eaten the mushrooms. It turns out that the reindeer, intelligent in their own right, also realized that they could get high from the urine of a human that had consumed the mushroom, leading to what Cracked humorously referred to as “The Circle of Piss.”

8. Wallabies ravage opium poppy fields.

Tasmania is a leading producer of opium poppies for the pharmaceutical industry, supplying the morphine necessary for the production of painkillers. There’s only one problem: wallabies love the poppies. They’ll raid a field, gorge themselves on poppies, and crush the plantations in the process. As reported by BBC in 2009, the issue of stoned wallabies was even discussed at a parliamentary hearing on the security of opium crops in Tasmania, with the country’s attorney general stating that wallabies were “entering poppy fields, getting high as a kite, and going around in circles.”

download9. Pigs dig up truffles containing cannabinoids.

Black truffles, a gourmet delicacy for us humans, are also a sought-after snack for pigs. These mushrooms grow exclusively below ground and are identified by pigs by their aroma, said to be reminiscent of wet earth, dried fruit, and cacao.  A recent article in the journal Phytochemistry revealed that the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) contains the cannabinoid anandamide, a compound structurally related to THC that is also found endogenously in the human body and is a key component of the body’s endocannabinoid system. Anandamide derives its name from the Sanskrit word ananda, meaning “bliss.” Researchers suggest that the anandamide in black truffles might be “an ancient attractant to truffle eaters that are well-equipped with with endocannabinoid receptors,” indirectly suggesting that humans might be drawn to truffles for the same reason.

Northern Lights, Angels and the Divine Highways of Sound and Light

a444
My dear Friends,

Yesterday night I received this picture of Northern Lights, taken on the resent SUPER FULL MOON August 29th in Iceland. You will believe me when I say, that just looking at it mad me feel over-floating with feelings of bliss, hope, reinsurance and confirmation about the Angels and there support for the human collective in this amazing time of change!!
Maybe one or the other remembers last weeks posts about The Divine Color Blue – Angels – Ascended Masters and the September shifts and Synchronicity, Number Sequences and Angel Messages – The September shifts!!, in which I talked about the work of the Angels and Ascended Masters. About the sound frequencies transmitted by the, to help us manifest divine qualities.
The picture arrived at my doorstep, just before I went into a sacred healing ceremony. Something, I am doing since years. In such a ceremony with sacred plant medicine it is the inner connections, the cultural background, philosophies, spiritual,- mental,- emotional and physical understanding of the spiritual guide that determine, what kind of beings from the other world appear.
Means, it depends on the spiritual guide, who gains access to the sacred space.
So with a person like me, who was in contact with the presence of beings from the other side of the veil since childhood, the appearance of Angels and Ascended Masters is normal, within the field of a healing ritual.
But, the immense presence of the Angelic realms in yesterdays ceremony, was nearly overwhelming!!! Also the energetic intensity we experienced, still incoming from the Super Full Moon was amazing!!

imagesWe felt an incredible level of clarity for what needs to shift and transform, which of the most profound pattern in human existence, have to change. We had the chance to consciously connect with all this amazing light codes and drink in the original blueprint of the divine plan for The Golden Age of Aquarius.
And all of it with a hug sense of ease and grace! Adoration and gratitude is all I can say!
All members of the group felt the same: “what an incredible blessing this days have been”!!!
And so much of it came from this beautiful rays of light!! As we know by now, this rays are divine streams of colored light, expressions of the abundance in the divine soul and frequence barer to divine qualities. So if you choose to life your life as a conscious divine co-creator, this lights are the chance to breath in the diversity of your own divine origin, by combining Mantras of gratitude and blessings-while looking at the lights.

Call into your energy body the frequencies of this colors, their angels and master representatives, if you need support in your process of transformation, ascension, acceleration, to claim the right for a space in this world, to heal emotional-, mental or physical wounds, to soften, to surrender and much, much more…
Take a first look at the meaning of the colors and their, for this time of collective human awakening, most relate Masters and Angels here:

Unleashing Wild Women and the Sacred Feminine to Transform the World

1170232902874652992LrjxaDVc
Dear Friends,
in these exciting and ever changing time of our our collective transformation into manifesting the Golden Age of Aquarius, we hear a lot about the incoming high energies of cosmic light, of the Venus retrograde phase and the coming Super Moon. But it is not only the heavenly forces, that are once again opening their doors for us. The divine law states: “As above – so below”. What that means is, when ever the gateways of heaven open to bless us with supportive energy frequencies, so does Planet Earth. Last week, the physical ground we are standing on has, for the fist time in human existence, reached the stable vibration of a 5th dimensional living being. Without the body there is no divinity in action, no imprint of the divine in this world, no space for expression of an individual divine soul path. So celebrate your physical vessel, celebrate the nature of being a human being (the awakening of the divine feminine is needed for both, men and women!!), celebrate the beauty of our planet and let it heal you back home to where it all began!!
Love and Blessings! Namaste!
Edith

We live during a time of awakening consciousness, a time in which we are exploring ways to bring the Sacred Feminine to a more central focus in our lives, in order to stop the wars, bring compassion to all, and nurture our Earth Mother who gives us everything we need.
In a time of great change such as we live in today, it is critical, perhaps even a life-or-death matter, to explore the idea of women connecting with their deepest inner knowing and powerful creative energy to find their passion and transform the world.

Women in Indigenous Cultures

In many indigenous cultures around the world, from the Australian Aboriginal peoples to the indigenous peoples of North and South America, woman are considered sacred because they maintain a close connection to nature; to birth, life, and death; to medicinal plants; and to spiritual knowledge.
In these ancient cultures, the Sacred Feminine is encouraged to shine forth alongside the Sacred Masculine. Both the feminine and the masculine aspects of humanity bring important wisdom and abilities to the community as a whole. The two types of energies combine within each individual to create a life-affirming balance.
Too often in modern society, the masculine qualities are valued over the feminine, creating an imbalance driven by insecurities and deep fear. When we open up to the Sacred Feminine in our lives, we restore that balance, we find confidence and integrity, and we develop the courage to move past our fears.

In The Sacred Hoop: Recovering the Feminine in American Indian Traditions, Paula Gunn Allen writes:

“Traditional tribal lifestyles are more often gynocratic than not, and they are never patriarchal … In tribal gynocratic systems a multitude of personality and character types can function positively within the social order because the systems are focused on social responsibility rather than privilege. They feature even distribution of goods among all members of the society on the grounds that First Mother enjoined cooperation and sharing on all her children. The welfare of the young is paramount, the complementary nature of all life forms is stressed, and the centrality of powerful women to social well-being is unquestioned.”

It is only natural then, that at this important time of re-evaluating humans’ impact on the planet over the past 500 years or so, that we should return to a consideration of allowing women to step forward with their nurturing, strong-willed, and wild natures ready to make great social change. It also makes sense that we would look to the Sacred Feminine found in so many indigenous cultures, whose wisdom can help us discover new ways to respect the Earth and to honor its abundance.

3A Wild Nature Buried Within

When a woman, or any person for that matter, is in touch with their deepest inner knowing, when they can hear their “soul-voice,” they feel a deep connection with the universe. They are able to follow their intuition without doubting and second-guessing themselves.
Too often in modern culture, our intuition is drowned out by to-do lists and schedules, money problems, and worries about what other people will think about us. The list of distractions goes on and on. The Wild Woman is able to let go of all of these small concerns in order to nourish what is most important for her soul: The pull of her heart toward what she really loves and what she is meant to do in the world.
Every person, in order to be whole and complete, needs to offer their truest self to the world. We all have something very special and unique to share. We need every single person on the Earth to feel free to share their gift, in order to accomplish the huge task of creating the just, sustainable world that we want to see.
We must each start within. We can begin by discovering and releasing what is wild within each of us, allowing it to open and blossom in our lives. Once we find the voice inside, the same voice that guided our indigenous ancestors to medicinal wisdom and spiritual knowledge, then we are in touch with the Sacred Feminine, the connection to birth, life, and death that guides each of us. When we allow this voice to become stronger, when we truly listen to it and acknowledge it, we will understand what our gift is and how to share it in the world.

In her book Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D. writes of the feminine nature:

“It’s not by accident that the pristine wilderness of our planet disappears as the understanding of our own inner wild nature fades. It is not so difficult to comprehend why old forests and old women are viewed as not very important resources. It is not such a mystery.”

What Happens When Women Open to their Deepest Wild Nature?

Estes says: “When women reassert their relationship with the wildish nature, they are gifted with a permanent and internal watcher, a knower, a visionary, an oracle, an inspiratrice, an intuitive, a maker, a creator, an inventor, and a listener who guide, suggest, and urge vibrant life in the inner and outer worlds. When women are close to this nature, the fact of that relationship glows through them. This wild teacher, wild mother, wild mentor supports their inner and outer lives, no matter what.

“So the word wild here is not used in its modern sense, meaning out of control, but in its original sense, which means to live a natural life.

“With [our true nature] as ally, as leader, model, teacher, we see, not through two eyes, but through the eyes of intuition which is many-eyed. When we assert intuition, we are therefore like the starry night: we gaze at the world through a thousand eyes.

“The wild woman carries the bundles for healing; she carries everything a woman needs to be and to know … As in all art, she resides in the guts, not in the head … She whispers from night dreams, she leaves behind on the terrain of a woman’s soul a coarse hair and muddy footprints … She is the voice which says, ‘This way, this way.” … She is from the future and from the beginning of time.”

32Who Is the Wild Woman Today?

The Wild Woman is one who is not afraid to reject society’s rules in order to make great change which she knows is important and necessary. Her intuition is clear and strong, and she uses it to guide her actions and strengthen her resolve. She is fiercely protective of her own children and grandchildren, her partner, her community, all sentient beings, and Mother Earth.

“No matter by which culture a woman is influenced, she understands the words wild and woman, intuitively. When women hear those words, an old, old memory is stirred and brought back to life … When we pick up her trail, it is typical of women to ride hard to catch up, to clear off the desk, clear off the relationship, clear out one’s mind, turn to a new page, insist on a break, break the rules, stop the world, for we are not going on without her any longer.”

In other words, Wild Women have rediscovered a connection with their heart and their deepest instincts, which may have been lost for years or decades. They will passionately reinvent their own lives and their world when they discover their wildish nature.
Many of the world’s great social change leaders, progressive thinkers, and tireless activists are Wild Women. Think of Julia Butterfly Hill, Rosa Parks, Margaret Fuller, Mother Theresa, and Waangari Maathai. These woman stepped outside of the normal boundaries of the society of their time, defying all odds and proceeding with what they believed in no matter what obstacles they faced.
As social movements rise during this time of expanding human consciousness, who will be the next Wild Women who will change history? Many of the newest generation of Wild Women are already beginning to ignite the world with new perspectives and an unyielding drive toward transformation. Are you one of them?

In this period of 2015 we are most certainly in a Wave of powerful transformational energy.  Our lives and our Reality is being changed at a very fast pace and in ways that we are often still coming to terms with. I think that the most recent wave of changes has been the most definitive and also maybe the most surprising.
It has to do with our fellow citizens on the Earth.  The Animals.  Quite simply put, the Earth can ascend no further unless we make peace with the Animal Kingdom.  We have to take into OUR consciousness the fact that in a Fifth Dimensional World we are all connected and related, and that means that we can no longer abuse and destroy without acknowledging that it is ourselves that we are abusing and destroying. This awakening, and this recognition, and ultimately this raising of consciousness has been centered on Africa.  Why?  Well, for several reasons.  Probably the most evident is that Africa is the only continent that still has a large wild life population, but which is now under extreme threat.  Secondly, Africa is the continent that is the focus of the Sirius Project, which is the clear guidance and love of the Sirian Master Teachers from the Sirius Star System. That influence extends from Egypt in the North to South Africa in the South.

Solstice June 21st and “Calling the Animals

At this year’s Solstice celebrations, I was guided by Archangel Michael to call for a Global Meditation on “Calling the Animals”.  The purpose of this was to call the animals to us and to express to them our desire that they should come with us into the New Earth and be part of our New Earth Reality.
I did not realize at that point how crucial it was to the whole Ascension project that would make this expression of intent to our fellow brothers and sisters on the Earth!
Further, I also was shown how the Animals are not inferior forms of life, but are also “Star Seeds”, gifts from the Creative Beings who are our Galactic and Cosmic Family.  If we could not honor our Animal Family, how could we honor the Galactic and Cosmic Family who had gifted these Life Forms to our Planet.
As it happened, I was also invited to attend a Ceremony in the far North of South Africa at an ancient Stone Circle.  This site was located on the “Nile” meridian and also on the borders of South Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique.  Just to the North was the Kruger National Park, our biggest wildlife sanctuary, and beyond that, Zimbabwe.
And so it was that I was privileged to be with a large group of people as we “Called the Animals” from the Sacred Circle that we had  created around the main standing stones. I remember quite clearly calling the Lion of the North.  In our circle, North was towards Kruger and Zimbabwe, home of Cecil the Lion who was to be a major player in this unfolding wave of energy.
I did specifically call the White Lions as the Spirit Keepers of Africa, to be the guardians of the North.  It was also interesting, that our Ceremony was visited by two large Crows, who as messengers of the Spirit world carried our intentions into the Spirit Realms.

Cecil the Lion and the Royal Lions of Sirius
CECIL AFRICAN LION POACHING 291537 1220x812

And so it was that the message was received by the Spirit Keepers of Africa, and the Royal Lions of Sirius.

Now, perhaps I should explain how very important Lions are in the Sirian teachings.
In the creation story, the Prime Creator known as Amun-Ra, gives birth to two beings who are called Shu and Tefnut.  They are the original Masculine and Feminine energies, and Tefnut who is the Feminine, is always depicted as a Lioness Headed Woman.  Lion/ess energy is Sacred to the Sirians, it is a manifestation of the Divine Creative Essence.
And so it is that in Africa, where the Sirius energy is strongest on the Planet, that the Lions came to be the Spirit Keeper of the Continent.  And it was there, in the Spirit Council of the White Lions, that our call was heard.  And so it was decided that a Noble Lion would be needed to bring to Humanity the message of the Lions and the call to “Family” in the New Earth.
And so it was that Cecil, the noble Lion of Hwange, was called to carry the role of the Sacred Path of the Lion King.

Now while this is a beautiful story, it also does not hide the fact that every day Lions are hunted, poached and killed in Africa, and that the death of  Cecil was not a “demanded sacrifice” but an illustration of what is befalling all lions in Africa, and ultimately, all animals on Earth.
The purpose of the very public killing of Cecil the Lion was to bring the energy of the Lion into the Collective Consciousness just at the very moment when the Sun was in Leo and we were approaching a very crucial Ascension Moment in the Lions  Gate of 2015, the 8/8/8.
It was to make Humanity aware of what was happening to the lions and to the animals on the Earth.  To remind Humanity of their mission to love and hold the animals and their purpose of recreating the Garden on the New Earth so that All Life Forms could be present.
And it was to make us aware that our Star Nation brothers and sisters, especially the Sirians, were here present with us in this work.  The powerful energies of the Lion’s Gate are assisting the Planet through the Gateways of Time and into the Higher Dimensions that are guarded by the Royal Sirian Lions of Yesterday and Tomorrow.

leadsiri8/8/8 : The Lion’s Gate and Beyond

The Lion’s Gate of 2015 on the 8th of August is the culmination of an Ascension Wave that will lift the planet into the highest frequencies of Luminosity that have yet been achieved on Earth!
On the 8th of August, the Royal Sirian Lions will be on hand in the Spirit Realm to be the assistants at this wonderful moment of Ascension and Birthing for the Planet. We can be sure too, that Cecil the Lion will be there in Soul/Spirit form, to watch over the final stages of the story that he had such a part in creating.
From this moment forward, the Animals will step into their sovereignty and will become our fellow citizens of the New Earth.
This will create a radical shift in consciousness that will challenge all that we believe about love and compassion and the way in which we embody these essential energies.
We will be required to shift from a society that believes that Humanity is central and that everything on the Planet is simply “resources” to be consumed, to a society that acknowledges the Unity of a Family of Living Beings sharing a common home and a common destiny.
This is the Great Shift we need to make if the Earth is to continue to ascend into her true Destiny as a Planet of Love and Compassion.

People and Trees: Intimately Connected Through the Ages

Trees are considered sacred in many cultures. Tree worship, in one form or another, has been practiced almost universally by ancient peoples in every corner of the globe.Tree of LifeFeatured Image: Tree of Life by Judith Shaw

Trees Speak to the Soul of Human Beings

It is no wonder that trees have captured the human imagination since the beginning of time. Their strength, deeply rooted in the Earth, is an inspiration. Their trunk and branches are a wonder of nature because they stand sturdy and impenetrable most of the time, yet they can flex and sway with the wind when needed.
The whisper of a breeze in their leaves or the sight of ants marching in a straight line up or down their trunks remind us of the magic of nature that trees embody. They live for hundreds or even thousands of years, and so we revere them as keepers of past secrets and sentinels of the future.
Watching their cycles of growth, shedding of leaves, and re-flowering in the spring, people have long perceived trees as powerful symbols of life, death, and renewal. Since the beginning of time, humans have had a sense that trees are sentient beings just like us, that they can feel pain, that they bleed when they are hurt. Trees even look like us. People have a trunk; trees have arms. And so we innately feel a deep connection to them.
Many people say they can feel a tree’s vibrational energy when placing their hand upon its bark. With their deep roots, trees carry significant grounding energy. We naturally feel peace and serenity when walking in the shade of trees or on a forest trail.

Trees Help Us Every Day

A recent study shows that trees remove so much pollution from the air that they “prevented 850 human deaths and 670,000 cases of acute respiratory symptoms in 2010 alone.” When an insect called the emerald ash borer killed off a significant number of trees in the American Midwest in the 1990’s and 2000’s, rates of human death from cardiovascular and respiratory illness increased.
More difficult to quantify is the psychological effect that trees have on people. People who spend time outdoors, or even those who have access to windows looking out at trees, have been shown to have better health than those who do not.

The Universal Tree of Life: Both Ancient and Modern

The concept of a Tree of Life, often symbolizing the connections between all life forms, is found in many religions and philosophies, dating back as early as ancient Egypt. The Egyptian tree of life symbolized creation and represented the chain of events that brought everything into existence.
Fast forward to modern science. The tree has become the quintessential symbol of biological evolution, as its ever-branching image poignantly depicts the unmistakable interconnections between all living species on the Earth.
The beautiful Tree of Life painting at the top of the article was shared with us by artist Judith Shaw. It was inspired by the ancient symbol of the Tree of Life as well as by Sacred Geometry.

91The Tree Leaf and Eternal Life

Consider this beautiful commentary from Thich Nhat Hanh reflecting on a tree leaf:

“I asked the leaf whether it was frightened because it was autumn and the other leaves were falling. The leaf told me, “No. During the whole spring and summer I was completely alive. I worked hard to help nourish the tree, and now much of me is in the tree. I am not limited by this form. I am also the whole tree, and when I go back to the soil, I will continue to nourish the tree. So I don’t worry at all. As I leave this branch and float to the ground, I will wave to the tree and tell her, ‘I will see you again very soon.’

… That day there was a wind blowing and, after a while, I saw the leaf leave the branch and float down to the soil, dancing joyfully, because as it floated it saw itself already there in the tree. It was so happy. I bowed my head, knowing that I have a lot to learn from the leaf because it is not afraid-it knew nothing can be born and nothing can die.”

thay-2013Cultural Beliefs About Trees

Trees are considered sacred in virtually every place where humans have settled.
There are many profound beliefs surrounding trees that people have held for millennia.
Here are some interesting and touching examples:

  • For the Sng’oi people of Malaysia, a person and a tree can belong with each other, and this relationship is maintained for life. Certain trees and certain people belong together. When a person belongs with a tree, they also belong with its offspring: any trees that grow from the seeds of the first tree, no matter how far the seeds may scatter. The Sng’oi people call upon their intuition to know which child trees have sprung from which parent trees.
  • The World Tree is said to dwell in three worlds: Its roots reach down to the underworld, its trunk sits on the Earth, and its branches extend up to the heavens. Many cultures share a belief that this tree is the Axis Mundi or World Axis which supports or holds up the cosmos. For the Mayan peoples, the Axis Mundi was a massive Ceiba (in other cultures, it is called Kapok) tree that stands at the center of the world. The Mayan beliefs reflect that human souls first came into being as the sacred white flowers on the branches of the Ceiba tree. Souls of the dead Mayan ancestors rose from the roots of the Axis Mundi up through its branches and into the celestial realms.
  • In Germanic regions, it was believed that mankind was created from tree trunks, echoing the perception that people and trees have much in common.
  • In Sweden, some trees were considered “wardens” and could guard a home from bad luck. The warden was usually a very old tree growing on the lot near the home. The family living there had such great respect for the tree that they would often adopt a surname related to the name of the tree.
  • yggdrasil_by_seless-d4caiaxA well-known sacred tree in Norse mythology was Yggdrasil, a giant ash tree that was said to link and shelter the nine worlds that were believed to exist.
  • In Irish and English folklore, fairies would be found wherever Ash, Oak, and Hawthorne trees grew together. Hawthorn trees were regarded as a powerful symbol of protection, and were often planted near houses to ward off lightning as well as evil spirits. On the dawn of Beltane, it was believed that women who bathed in the dew from a Hawthorne blossom would become beautiful, and men who washed their hands in the dew would become skilled craftsmen.
  • Buddhists have a deep reverence for the Bodhi tree, a type of fig tree with heart-shaped leaves, beneath which the Buddha is said to have meditated for 49 days, trying to reconcile his mind to the fact that there was suffering in the world. On the 49th day, he stood and thanked the tree for providing shade for him, and in that instant he attained enlightenment. Today, in the same location where the Buddha is believed to have sat, there grows a descendant of that same Bodhi tree. Buddhist myths say that the tree will live there until the world is destroyed, and the place where it grows will be the last place to be destroyed; and when the world is reborn, that site will be the first place to appear.
  • The villagers of Piplantri, in Rajasthan, India, celebrate the birth of each little girl by planting 111 trees in her honor. The entire village works together to plant and care for the trees. This tradition not only ensures that the environment will be able to support the increasing population of the village, but it has also brought harmony and a drop in crime to the village.
  • In Malaysia, people maintain a very intimate relationship with trees. “There is a practice of tree planting around houses to the extent that the walls and wooden structures are allowed to give way to the roots of creeping plants, purposely sown at the bases of these structures.” The graveyards in Malaysia are covered so thickly with trees that the entire grounds are cool and sheltered from the tropical sun. The trees are allowed to take root into the graves and it is said that the trees whisper prayers to the creator asking for forgiveness of past transgressions of those buried in that place.

Loving an Empath

Dear Friends,
I absolutly love this article!!! Born as an Empath and an Indigo child, I have suffert just about everything the article is talking about. I cared to much, I loved to pure (for my surrounding) and I started doubting everything, stopped trusting people and retreated. But now, being in my power – I love life and people, I can give and receive love freely and fearless and can bring all the power of divine love into the world and to my clients!! Healing is recommendable ;-)!! Also I can see the lover that I AM in every word the author says about us empathic people.
So I hope you enjoy the read and bring all your beloved existance into shining manifestation!
Unconditional love and Blessings!!
Edith
empathEmpaths are unique personality types, their sensory levels are always on high alert, they are incredibly intuitive and their awareness and sensitivity to the energy levels that vibrate around them are extremely high. If an empath senses something, they are not often wrong. If they think someone’s lying or that something is just “not right” you can bet your last dollar that they are not wrong.
Therefore, a basic understanding of this mystical and quite magical creature is highly beneficial. Empaths have quite a few little quirks, traits and characteristics that are worth knowing about, and gaining a better understanding of, so that any relationship that is formed has a strong survival chance and also so that it thrives. Empaths can be deeply misunderstood. It can take a little time to get to know them before they fully unravel and until their true magnificent spirit receives the opportunity to shine.
Love with an empath will be intense as they are energetically sensitive, therefore they will pick up on everything and anything that is happening around them. Regardless of whether emotions have been outwardly expressed, empaths will experience their partner’s emotions as deeply as they feel their own. It is impossible to try to hide true feelings when romantically involved with an empath as they will likely have figured them out long before the person feeling them has. Empaths are highly intuitive yet sometimes fail to trust their inner voice as too many people have previously tried to wrongly convince them that their gut feelings were wrong.
Being a little naïve and trusting at times, the empath has doubted themselves and pushed aside their intuition, causing them to lose faith in the power they hold within that alerts them to any perceived signs of danger. That being said, the little nagging voice in the empath’s head will not subside until the reality and truth has been fully uncovered. Empaths like truth. However hard it is to handle, they would rather be told things straight than told a lie, even if it is a white one. Although the truth isn’t always pretty, it is much nicer than spending days and nights trying to make sense of all the complicated energies and subliminal messaging systems that are going on.
you-are-an-empath If it’s one thing that empaths are amazing at it is dealing with a brutally raw and honest relationship. Although they can be rather delicate creatures on some levels, their strength in relationships is found where honesty, trust and loyalty come before anything else. Empaths can be perceived as having hearts that are caged in. Although, this is only true when they have been deceived so many times they feel that their only option is protection. The true spirit of an empath wants to give and receive love in abundance, though they are only able to do this when they feel safe and secure that they are in a safe place to open the door and allow the love to flow. One of the most tragic parts about the empaths character is that all too often the love is cast out in all the wrong places. Empaths feel the pain and sorrow of the whole world and feel that they want to heal and fix the world up and make things better for all concerned. This can be an amazingly powerful thing and this energy is exactly what the world needs. However, this can also be a deeply painful way to exist. Not everyone sees the world the way an empath views it and because of this, an empath’s heart will be broken constantly and they will bleed endlessly for cruelty, injustice and inequalities. There will be many who will want to take the love, affection and the empath’s good nature with no care for giving any return. Whilst this can teach an empath a lot about unconditional love and also an immense amount about self-preservation, it is also a deeply painful learning process.
An empath will fail to understand why others do not give out care, consideration and affection freely and why other people can so easily turn a blind eye to heartbreak and suffering when healing is what is required. Others may ridicule and belittle the empaths desire to reach out and make a difference, and this serves to add salt to their wounds. When an empath feels hurt, what they need most is loving support and understanding so that they know they are not alone in wanting to use some of their powerful energy to heal and make changes in the world; if they receive this from a partner, a bond for life will very likely form.
indexEmpaths will fall into the hands of those who want to take advantage of their somewhat naïve and caring nature. Again, this is another sharp lesson and one that can cause an empath to develop a sense of mistrust and what leads to protecting their emotions with barriers and brick walls. It can also lead to an empath to feelings of unworthiness and also low-self esteem, as once they have depleted their energy reserves to such a low level by giving and not understanding how to protect themselves in the process, they can end up with a broken heart and with very little faith in mankind. It is not in an empaths nature to take, they only know how to give, so to ensure the relationship is one of balance and is also harmonious, ensure the empath is shown love in the form of actions, so that the circle of love flows freely.
Words will mean little to an empath, unless they are followed through. Their intuition will quickly pick up on something done with poor intent, or if a person’s words are inauthentic. To love someone who is an empath means to recognise that they thrive when the flames are turned up, not down. An empath gives off a powerful and energetic fuel of love, light and radiance, though the fire only fully rages when an empath exists in a sacred place within which they feel secure enough to glow. Empaths are soft, delicate and immensely vulnerable creatures on the inside, although, once burnt, on the outside they can appear incredibly strong. Once bitten, twice shy where an empath is concerned, they find it very difficult to forget deep wounds and to continue a relationship once foundations are rocked. The best way to fully connect with an empath is by creating a safe and solid platform to build a future upon. If cracks appear through mistrust and deceit, it can become immensely difficult to repair them.
Empaths thrive on trust, loyalty and dependability. Show them these things and the relationship will be very difficult to break. As empaths are highly passionate people, they will often find a strong connection to a hobby or interest that others will find impossible to penetrate. Due to their creative side, they may find a resonance with music, dance, writing, art, activism, reading, Yoga, meditation, humanitarian causes or other similar interests. Whatever it is that has captured the mind of an empath will be become sacred in their hearts. Empaths will immerse themselves in their hobbies and lose themselves completely and sometimes this can feel as though their interests are the only things that matter to them.
Image1Although they will have a deep attachment to their passions, it is far easier to understand that an empath loves all things at great levels of intensity and they need outside interests to survive and feel alive, this can sometimes be difficult for others to understand. Space, plenty of space, and freedom to explore and submerge in their chosen activity is the easiest way to deal with this. Asking an empath to choose may not give the desired outcome that would be hoped for. The heart quickly gets connected to passionate interests, and once that connection has been made, the heart will be break if it has to be severed. Respect and understanding for another’s alone time can make or break a relationship with an empath. An empath will not want or expect anyone else to dive as deeply into their interests as they do, however, an understanding that their interests are significantly important can really make life a whole lot easier. There is no need to feel ostracised or unwelcome, while there’s a little chance an empath will let you fully in to their special interest, it is far more likely they will gain more pleasure when they are wrapped up in it by themselves.
This is not selfish or inconsiderate, it is just simply how the empath’s heart and spirit operate. If they have a connection to something, it is intense and they will very likely wish to delve as deeply into it as is possible. Passions are a great energy release and empaths will possibly feel as though they zone-out while immersed, and they will very likely lose all track of time. Allow them to take pleasure in it, and with the free time this has created, take up interests separately rather than allowing resentment or frustration to build. It possibly won’t last for too long, as empaths are known to move quickly from one interest to another once the initial burning desire of connection eventually simmers down. As empaths are sensitive to energy, their worst-case scenarios are confrontations and aggressive situations.
Although under normal circumstances they are one of the least violent and aggressive characters, they can very easily lose their self-control if they become absorbed in the negative and toxic energy that surrounds them. Empaths are fight or flight characters who more often than not, will prefer to take flight and remove themselves from the weight that the energy is bearing down on them. If situations like this occur regularly, it can eventually lead empaths to become introverted and homebodies as they prefer the safety of their own environment where they are not subjected to the rise and fall of other people’s energies. After attending any kind of social situation, they will need downtime to recharge and to balance out their own energy fields. Places such as supermarkets, nightclubs, the cinema or anywhere where there is a large crowd of people, will be very draining for an empath. They are very sensitive to light and sound, so these things can also have a detrimental and draining effect on an empath’s psyche.
Spiritual Partnership Loving an EmpathAn empath will likely need to hold on to their partner’s hand or arm during such occasions, finding that their partner’s energy forms a soothing welcome block and temporary release from the energies that surround. After attending any social function an empath may feel completely drained and the effects can be temporarily debilitating, meaning that all an empath will want to do is sleep or rest, possibly alone, until the absorbing effects of the occasion have worn off. All in all, it will take a very secure, confident and balanced person to form a solid mutually beneficial and rewarding relationship with an empath. The empath personality type is a unique and extremely enchanting gift to the world. As long as their wings are not clipped, and they have the freedom and space to fly, it has the opportunity to be a deeply rewarding, incredibly loving and spiritually awakening relationship for both involved. A connection with an empath can be a blessing and one of the greatest gifts from the universe as it offers the opportunity to look at the world through the lens of a kaleidoscope.
Everything that may have once seemed normal for a relationship will be turned upside down as a new understanding and perspective is learned and the unconscious mind is preened open. At times it may feel like being in the company of a magically gifted being who has special powers that we have been led to believe do not exist within humans. This can be both a blessing and a curse. Nothing will get past an empath as they see, feel and connect with everything at all times. The one thing I would strongly recommend is to peel back all the layers that society labels as “norms,” “standards” and “expectations.” We are then free to discover a brand new way of existing; giving and receiving unconditional love, being fully alive in the moment, connecting deep within the core of our primal being and reigniting all the superpowers that are inherent within man.
A relationship with an empath can lead to uncovering special gifts such as intuition, energy awareness, deep connection and a brand new level of understanding the fellow man without the need for speech. All the things the modern world has tried, for far too long, to convince us we should deny. True love can be a very difficult thing for an empath to achieve, although with the right person, with someone understanding, grounded, free spirited and trustworthy, love can be an intimate, deeply bonding, healing, fulfilling, empowering and healthy addiction that neither will want to break.

Dream Recollection

Our sleep offers a chance to temporarily free our selves from the physical reality that our body seems to constrain us to during the waking hours. If you aspire for more vivid and profound dreams or simply want to gain more universal insights from them, give this herb a shot – literally. You mix this in small amounts with water typically and consume it prior to sleeping. It also makes an interesting tasting tea but it can be bitter, so the ‘shot’ form is recommended.
