Manifesting Our Dream Relationship With The Sagittarius New Moon Influence

Dear Friends,
on October 30th we have experienced a beautiful Scorpio New Moon, which opened the cycle that is closing with this upcoming Sagittarius New Moon on November 29th. The archer, as the sign is often called, is an adventurous fire sign with an impeccable eye for every goal we are setting. With this New Moon comes the challenging impact of the Sun and the Moon squaring Neptune, and Venus in square with Uranus; which are impacts that can create instability and lack of clarity of the mind.
But the influence we will feel the strongest at this Moon event will be the energy field of the Asteroid Juno, which brings forward our love relationships. The good, the bad and the ugly is in the spotlight of the center stage during this Sagittarius New Moon. Long settled relationships can suddenly find their end, just as much as new encounter can emerge in total authenticity. “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ~Howard Thurman

So take the chance for something very special in your life, if that is what your heart and soul desire. Use the energy field to bring into the world, your most personal expression of true love in relationship. The Ascended Master Confucius, the master of humaneness said: “If there is righteousness in the heart, there will be beauty in the character. If there is beauty in the character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nations.
When there is order in the nations, there will be peace in the world.” For me personally, that sounds like a good base for our new relationship paradigm in action.

Here are some tips how to use your inner clarity to attract what is authentic for you:
1. Make sure you know your own needs:

A wonderful way to attract the person you need as partner, is to be aware of who and how you truly are in love-relationships. Ask yourself what you really desire from a partner. What it is you want to share with this other person in your life!
If you are not quite sure, a first step could be a clarifying meditation. Take some time to write down memories of former relationships. Memories of situations you don’t want to repeat ever again. Memories of human traits and expressions, you are not comfortable living with. Allow yourself to feel all the emotions and irritations relate, without letting them overwhelm you. Than put the list away for 3 days.

2. Look at your needs from a rational, not emotional point:
When 3 days have past, pick up your list and look, plainly from a rational point of view, at the people you chose for this past relationships. Try to be as honest as possible to yourself, even if it hurts! Look at their character, their lifestyle, their dreams, the relationship they have with their core family. Is there a pattern emerging?
The thing is, we can easily feel chemistry with people who are not good for us, and often we tend to do so. If you get lost in feelings of lust, power or other charismatic attraction, you can easily end up in a toxic relationship. So in future ask yourself if the person you are interested in, has what it takes to truly be a good relationship partner for you.23. Learn to meet your own needs:
Allow your partner to be “the most wonderful”, who is able to meet all your needs and – never depend on the other for self-care and emotional balance. It is simple not your partners job to be there for you all the time, it is yours!!
Taking self-responsibility for our authentic needs, leads to self-empowerment, better self-worth and self-respect, and that leads to more harmonic relationships. As result you will also feel more confident to pick a partner who is right for you!

4. Be aware of your boundaries and hold these space for yourself:
Being honest to ourselves about our boundaries and limitations is absolute essential for a undisturbed energy flow in all human relationships. Every minute you spend in company, you teach people how to treat you. You are consistently sending out information to others about how you want to be treated. Knowing that, you can imagine that inner clarity about your personal “rights and wrongs” is an excellent way to attract a fitting relationship partner.

5. Know how to enjoy yourself alone:
For many people it is a desire to be in a love-relationship, to share experiences together and create new dreams. It can be hard and painful for people to be alone, after all as human beings we are naturally built to be love and bond with others.
Problem is, the “fear of being alone” – is the most common reason people stay in dysfunctional relationships. So do things alone, hang out with yourself and learn to truly enjoy your own company.

6. Be who you are looking for:
We live in a universe that works by the law of attraction!! What we desire in our world, we have to become first! Easy as that! How could you possible go out there and ask the divine forces for an honest, authentic and loyal partner, when you are an unauthentic lair, who usually betrays there partner within the first week!??
Instead bit by bit, you have to take on the list of abilities you are looking for in others.
To choose healthy partner and create better relationships, we must have integrity and keep our promises. We need to be authentic in word, deed and action. Be available! Be Present! Energetic Support For Healthy Traveling

Dear Friends,
the big holiday season is approaching and I am sure many of you are just as excited as I am, to be on the road again. There is so much to see and discover this magical world and as Buddha sad, we should go ones the year to places we have not been before ;-). So many of us will find themselves on an air plain, a bus or train, traveling to our families and beloved once. Many of us also will feel the conditions of traveling (many people, loud noises, unstable energy field, constant chatter, small spaces,…) as challenging and maybe a bit stressful. So it is a wise move, when we are aware of this challenges and start preparing our nervous system already a week or two ahead. That way we can experience our transitions more smoothly. Here is a list of 9 steps, how to prepare yourself energetically and make your travels more comfortable. Train yourself a little bit (at least to sound and smell), and it will help you keep your personal energy field stable and strong.

1.) Create a Personal Ritual
A ritual is an everyday action, that by intention and repetition is transformed into a sacred act. It can involve the same tools every time, or can be created freely every time it is performed. This conscious charge gives the ritual the power to help you center your energy, recharge your batteries from the source of your inner light or divine connection, and gather your emotions into your physical body – so you can clearly feel what is yours and what is other peoples feeling world. The following steps summon up how it goes.

2.) Train your Senses
First thing to do is choose a smell that you like and that supports you calm down. Either you have a favorite smell already, or you can go for a well known system like Bach Flowers, aura soma, or angel essences. Well known flowers to calm the human nervous system are lavender, chamomile and cedar-wood.     Just make sure to already take your traveling conditions in account. That what you choose is available in a small liquid portion or a paste. Next choose a chair in your household, that creates a sitting position closest to your traveling situation. Sit on this chair every day for at least 5 minutes, close your eyes and meditate, deeply take in your favorite smell and train yourself to relax into this two steps.c3.) Train Conscious Breathing
When after 3-4 days the sitting position is not an obstacle for relaxation anymore and the smell starts becoming familiar, add conscious breathing to the mix. Our breath is truly the most amazing tool mother nature has build into our physical bodies. How we breath, how deep we take everything in, how easy we let go of the breath, and how much we can consciously allow ourselves to let go with it… is in my eyes – the definition – of the free will of every human being. The chance to be responsible in our respond to the world, from the first breath to the last. If you are not used to meditate, pick a breathing technique you are comfortable with and start today!!

4.) Prepare yourself a Playlist:
Indigo Children and Highly Sensitive People tend to react stronger to vibrations than the collective does. Usually they are deeper touched and more likely to feel intensively moved by beautiful music and art. Knowing that much, we can use this everyday challenge for our advantage when traveling. The first item on your list should be your favorite meditation music. But prepare yourself, apart from that, also a nice playlist of smoothing and maybe even transcending music. Above the clouds is a wonderful place to channel your spirit and enjoy a bath in divine light ;-)…

5.) Have a Protection Crystal with you:
When you by a Crystal who has strong characteristics to shield energies and for protection, best is first to clean it. You don’t know what your little friend has already gone true i this world. Simple wash it with the intention and focused awareness, to clean and empty it from the past. Black Tourmaline is an excellent example for a strong protection stone. It helps keeping judgment out of your energy field (the stylish Lady who thinks you under-dressed in your favorite jogging pants, the neighbor unhappy about traveling with children,…) and psychic attacks (aggressive or hate vibrating and consciously directed).

6.) Medical Liquid for your hands and feet:
Many Indigo’s and Highly Sensitive people, especially when in any way involved in healing arts, have their hand and/or their feet chakras constantly open. And many who are effected, are not aware of this fact. What does it mean you might ask? It means that many of us pick up other peoples energies by touching the same handle at the airport, the same toilet seat on the bus, the same security pole in the underground even… you get the picture. And the same for the feet!! So buy yourself a bottle of Medical Liquid like the doctors use before operations and clean your hands and feet as often as you think of it, simple by rubbing it into the skin. You can support the cleansing with your mind, by repeating a simple Mantra like “i let go of everything that is not mine”.images7.) Prepare yourself for the Mind Control:
Before you actually enter a Central Bus Station, Train Station and in particular an Airport, make yourself aware of what kind of system you are entering. All this places are designed to transport as many people as possible, in as short time as possible, from place A to place B. But not only, they are also designed to do that with the highest security possible and the highest control over who is going where. So you can imagine that an energy field of control, limitation, judgment, restriction and general fear is hanging over this kind of places. All energies Indigo’s and High Sensitive people are highly sensitive to and easily effected by. Simple making yourself aware of that fact, already helps navigate the situation with more grace and ease.

8.) Use waiting phases for Meditation:
While we are traveling there is so much time that literally just needs to pass by, so we can get from A to B. So many hours of valuable lifetime, that we need to wait in airports and waiting halls, time that can be used for inner connection and calming interaction with the higher-self. If you have done the chair exercise from step 2, than it should be possible for you to zoom into the inner world, when the outside world gets to crowded and noisy. Just look for a quirt corner, plug in your Earphones, start the meditation music, close your eyes, and concentrate on your breathing. You will see that this way not only your travel experience will feel more smooth, but also the waiting time will seam shorter.

9.) Touch your body:
If  it should happen that with all the holding on to your bags, taking care of the kids, following instructions from the security people and still knowing where your passport is, you forgot to do any of the above mentioned steps – thank take the emergency excess right now. Find an empty toilet, sit down and touch your body centimeter by centimeter, breath deeply and aware, maybe even make sounds if needed (you can quietly hum, that brings your energy into the body and releases stress at the same time) . That will bring you fully back into your physical body and ground your energy.

10.) Use your Tools:
This last one is the easiest and the hardest to do. Use your tools! Think of what it is you really need, when it looks like you get overwhelmed. Call in your Spirit Guides, breath deeply and connected, smell your favorite smell and talk to your Crystal. Do what ever it takes to bring your full awareness back into the moment, your physical body, the current situation.aDear Ones, I hope this tips will help you to bring more comfort, more relaxation and stability into your travels. That you find fun on creating yourself a personal little travel ritual and travel kit to go with it, and that where ever you go, you are safe and blessed with divine guidance.

How To Attract A Relationship Partner For The Golden Age – Thru Inner Clarity

as we all can feel, we are in the middle of shifting the collective paradigm in our human sexuality. Over the last few month I talked about the profound inner transformation so many of us can already feel. I shared information on Polyamory, on a Shamanic approach of Tantra, the fact how deeply confused so many of us feel about the missus of sexual energy in everyday life and what to be aware of to identify a spiritual sexual predator. Taking in account all this information and evaluating it with where we are standing in our life, creates the clarity it takes to attract by SIMPLY BEING, the right partner/s for our Golden Age manifestations.

Here some tips how to prepare yourself for making  a healthy choice next time:

Living A Life Of Authentic Happiness & Inner Freedom

Dear Friends,
many of you, who are reading my posts on a regular level are aware, that as so many people with strong abilities, I have not had an easy life from the beginning on. Coming from a family quite violent in character, I was not known as a happy, balanced or free person. In times I was battling with suicidal thoughts and with depression and felt deeply separated or isolated in my inner world. Watching other people who took life quite easy and seamed not to feel as deeply as I, I wondered what it would be like to unleash my own inner happy, free and uncensored ME.
Its not that I was a child that did not speak up or did not do wild things, indeed I brought myself into situations dangerous and overwhelming all the time, but I did not feel any authentic happiness or true personal freedom coming from it. It was more about facing fears and being confronted with the dark side of life and collective human behavior. But over the years of my spiritual path I managed to connect with forces like the Ascended Master Ling and trained myself to feel happy for waking up every morning and having another chance to live!

Here is a list of things I found helpful in the creation of true authentic inner happiness:
1. Create a simple list of things that you enjoy
Modern everyday life is so full of demands on us, that often the self-care is what falls short at the end. When you write yourself a little love letter with all the simple things that make you happy and that you want to do a bit more for yourself. If you keep the list on your fridge or nightstand, you might remember more often to sweeten your life with this simple pleasures. suryanamaskar2. Move your body
Find someway of movement that makes you happy, is easy to repeat and does not need a lot of preparation to start with. For me it is dancing Salsa on my own. I love the music and the many different speeds Salsa is available in. I let the whole house vibrate from the beats and dance the basic steps thru the kitchen, living room and garden, while I am fulfilling my household tasks ;-). Or maybe you like the stretching and relaxation that you feel during a yoga practice? A quick walk in the park with deep connected breathing and conscious steps? What ever you choose, make sure to consciously store the happiness and freedom it makes you feel, so you can take it back home and sway in it.

3. Eat fresh and organic food
Our body is the vessel for our soul to come thru and express our soul into the world. If our nutrition is based on junk food and precooked foods with tons of chemicals and we don’t care to eat GMO food, we simply don’t give the body what it takes to bring forward the true spiritual being that we are. So go simple, go organic, go fresh!!! And – give your children healthy foods too!! It has to be organic not just natural, there is a labeling trick build in to the term natural!! That way your physical body can hold the light of your soul more easily, and this light is the storage for divine bliss!!

4. Practice the virtue of patience
On a spiritual level, patience represents the ability of sitting in circumstances of emotional and energetic, physical or spiritual discomfort, without complaining to the universe about it. Which means when in stress, not also freaking out about it!! Don’t rush through the day!! One of the quickest killer of happiness is rushing and losing the ability to see the many little beautiful blessings offered to us on the way!!sa5. Spend at least 15 minutes the day in the sun
Well-documented research shows there is a relationship between low vitamin D levels and poor health, such as frail bones, multiple sclerosis and prostate cancer. Our physical body needs vitamin D! And it is the sun that provides this Vitamin in the most natural form. Also, light that is hitting your skin and your eyes, helps reverse seasonal effective disorders – so think about finding a way to enjoy sunlight, especially now when the days are getting shorter and colder. Let the sunshine in, so you can shine your light back at it!!

Dear Friends, I hope my words serve you as motivation and encouragement on your personal path to authentic happiness and inner freedom!! May you create the most beautiful relationship with your inner child and allow it to lead you to the freedom of the innocent heart!!  So much can be achieved in this world, by the joyful, relaxed and lighthearted approach of the playful responsible child!!!

Travel Preparations for Indigo Children & Highly Sensitive People

Many of us with personal challenges like being an Indigo Child or a Highly Sensitive Person, who are more easily overwhelmed by just about every condition traveling involves (many people, loud noises, unstable energy field, constant chatter, small spaces,…). You will see that this way not only your travel experience will feel more smooth, but also the waiting time will seam shorter.

9.) Touch your body:
If  it should happen that with all the holding on to your bags, taking care of the kids, following instructions from the security people and still knowing where your passport is, you forgot to do any of the above mentioned steps – thank take the emergency excess right now. Find an empty toilet, sit down and touch your body centimeter by centimeter, breath deeply and aware, maybe even make sounds if needed (you can quietly hum, that brings your energy into the body and releases stress at the same time) . That will bring you fully back into your physical body and ground your energy.

10.) Use your Tools:
This last one is the easiest and the hardest to do. Use your tools! Think of what it is you really need, when it looks like you get overwhelmed. Call in your Spirit Guides, breath deeply and connected, smell your favorite smell and talk to your Crystal. Do what ever it takes to bring your full awareness back into the moment, your physical body, the current situation.

here we are on the other side of the rainbow. The impact of the high frequency energies we experienced lately, are slowing down now and relaxation is kicking in. Everything is Relationship – Everything is Flow – What to do if yours feel stuck!!

Dear Friends,
in the last few month the universal energies that have been influencing or transformation and evolutionary path as a human collective, have challenges us over and over again to allow a new paradigm of relationships to slowly emerge from within each of us! We have been pushed to understand all the little steps, how we are standing in our own way to truly receive the blessings of unconditional love, open sharing, authentic exchange and a supportive climate, for our personal relations and between all human beings.  A desire, that so many of us feel resonating as their soul path. A desire for a life as brotherhood of men.

Most people, when they her the word relationship, automatically think of partnership love, love relationships or sexual relations, but the picture is much much bigger.
In the second our spirit merged with the offerings of planet earth to materialize our human bodies, we became creatures intertwined in endless relations, with many layers of manifested and not manifested beings. Means, in our spirit we are pure light, unconditional love and bliss – as human beings our existence is about experience, evolution on all levels and, how we are standing in relationship to EVERYTHING in this world!!
In this so amazing time of human transformation we increasingly have the magnificent opportunity, to touch other creatures with our sensory self. We can be in communication, sharing and teaching with Ascended Master, Angels, the Animal Kingdom, Plant Healer and Crystals, just as easily as talking to a stranger in a coffee shop. The only thing that separates this beings from us, is our own claim to be worthy enough for such a relationship.

Your core family, love relationship, children, friends, work colleges, the relationship you have with your work (if it makes you sick all the time, it might not be for you!), your home (if it breaks down without reason and sign show up for another place – maybe its time to move), the random world outside your window…

*)  The first particularly practical step is, to check if you are still two people in the relationship. Depending on your situation and the openness of your communication with the other, that can have many faces. You might see yourself realize bit by bit, that your partner is mainly physically in the room – but not actually present with you. You might speak to the other direct and ask if he is still fully in the boat. How ever your way of investigation might be, just make sure you are brutally honest with yourself. If you find yourself in a relation of two actively involved individuals, interested in maintaining the relation, your first victory has already happened!!
Unfortunately if you realize that this is not the case, your search ends here! There is no way to be in relation with somebody, who refuses to be actively part – every try to do so ends in abuse or/and self-abuse.

*) Make sure you are both totally honest about your core values and true needs in a relationship. That one actually can be tricky. If you socially meet new people or start a new relationship with the hope to maintained and carried it ahead, it is actually pretty simple to get what you need. You just need to be clear on your own needs and values – Clarity Attracts!! With your family members, long term friends and married couples its a bit more complex. When you met, you might not have been very grown up on a spiritual level of your evolution. So it is more likely that pattern mixed that you are unaware of.
My advice is: meet in a relaxed space of your home, light a candle have nice smell, meditate a little while together and than sit down and agree on topics for a writing meditation. The meditation is to detect your true values and needs, as they are TODAY. Be brave, choose things like how safe really feel with the partner, how much mental – emotional – practical help you need, if you truly can feel each other, values how children should be raised….
Sit down separated from another and write as long as it takes, as detailed as possible and as truthful as you can – even if it hurts or you feel scared or frustrated while you are writing. When ever both are done – exchange the papers. Make sure you give each other time and space to read and digest the information in separated physical space.
From there on you know what you are dealing with, and if the two people present in this relationship share the values required.love*) This might sound funny but ancient tantric teachings and science found out, that human being have basically four different ways how they are able to receive love. Means, there are four energetic gateways of connection inside of us, for natural recognition and acceptance of love. When somebody does the – for the individual RIGHT THING – it is immediately stored as “received love today from…” deep inside our being. Of course the borders are a bit fluent and you might find yourself between two expressions. It also can feel right to list them in importance. All of that is true. True Love always starts with ourselves!!  So find out how you are able to receive love … Think about it, feel it, allow the past to come up and see, why situations could not work out with one or the other person you loved so much!!

*) Logical next step, find out how all your beloved once are able to receive love … If we truly love by heart, not only love the movie of our past with a person or the feeling they bring into our world, but love from a place that is giving and sharing, over-floating in abundance – than we naturally want to give the other exactly what they express as their need. Do it and your bound will grow stronger while spirited with more freedom than ever!

*) Seek to inspire each other again!! Remember how it felt when yo met your best friend, your dearest college your long-term partner! The endless talks, the sharing of things that inflame your passion, the fearlessness to talk about yourself with out expectation to be understood or pampered. Try it out for one day and look at every person you seam to KNOW WELL – with the eyes of a stranger, and ask questions you never thought of before. You might be surprised how much more there is to people, that where boxed up already 😉 by the mind.

*) Create time for talks in a sacred manner! Especially when we know people since a while or live with them, our mind can easily be tricked into the idea we would know them and know everything about them. That is a deathly assumption for a relationship. We always know only so little fractures of another being, that we have to be brave and ask questions – instead of assuming we would KNOW the answer already.
Take each a little time for a meditation and than meet. Great each other – maybe with an intimate hug, a namaste, a shy smile – what every is truthful to the character of your relationship! Create a little circle with stones or crystals, balloons or any other item of your choice. Sit down in front of each other and talk about yourself!! How you feel, what you need, how you experienced situations between each other – no blame, no judgement, no guilt!! Always only one person is talking!! Try to hear the other in order to understand them – not in order to be immediately ready with a reply. To the contrary – allow the “energy of the spoken word” to stay in the room and sink into your awareness, before you start answering at all. Make that a culture in your relations and the level of intimacy, relaxation and happiness you can experience together are, at least for me, not even possible to describe!!670px-Cast-a-Circle-Step-6-Version-2*) Create space in your life for sensual encounter. Sensuality and Sexuality might be relate to another, but are in character profoundly different. Sexuality is intensively activating our energies and pushes them to rise. Sensuality mostly calms us. A sensual touch without intention, gives us time to sink in and hangout with our own body. Sensuality nurtures us till the core of our soul – sexuality not always! So with the partner take time for sensuality only and you will feel much deeper connected! And for yourself – allow this differentiation and you will feel more freedom to share intimacy, with more people than only your partner. So hug the hell out of your friends, let a dog poppy lick your face or cuddle the neighbors baby. It does not matter how, just allow yourself abundance in being nurtured by others touch!!!

Clarity Attracts!! How To Choose The Right Relationship Partner

finding a person to truly co-create a healthy relationship with, is not always easy. Many people do not put enough effort energy or patience into their partnership, to really deeply engage with somebody. At the same time it is natural for humans to desire relations. Nerveless not all of them are good for us, and it is on us to learn how to choose wisely!
In order to
long-term be inspiring and up-lifting for another, couples have to experience each other as equals, show mutual respect for each others needs, and understanding for differentiating personality traits.
Often when people realize that they are not in a satisfying relationship, they look for someone to blame or make efforts to change their partner. A more truthful way is to acknowledge, the relationship is dysfunctional toxic and has to end.
Here some tips how to prepare yourself to make a better choice next time!!

1. Make sure you know your own needs:

The best way to attract the person you need as partner, is to be aware of who and how you truly are in love-relationships. Ask yourself what you really desire from a partner. What it is you want to share with this other person in your life!
If you are not quite sure, a first step could be a clarifying meditation. Take some time to write down memories of former relationships. Memories of situations you don’t want to repeat ever again. Memories of human traits and expressions, you are not comfortable living with. Allow yourself to feel all the emotions and irritations relate, without letting them overwhelm you. Than put the list away for 3 days.

2. Look at your needs from a rational, not emotional point:

When 3 days have past, pick up your list and look from a rational point of few at the people you chose for this past relationships. Try to be as honest as possible to yourself, even if it hurts! Look at their character, their lifestyle, their dreams, the relationship they have with their core family. Is there a pattern emerging?
The thing is, we can easily feel chemistry with people who are not good for us, and often we tend to do so. If you get lost in feelings of lust, power or other charismatic attraction, you can easily end up in a toxic relationship.
So in future ask yourself if the person you are interested in, has what it takes to truly be a good relationship partner for you.

3. Learn to meet your own needs:

Allow your partner to be “the most wonderful”, who is able to meet all your needs and – never depend on the other for self-care and emotional balance. It is simple not your partners job to be there for you all the time, it is yours!! If you choose personal responsibility in the areas of inner peace, emotional balance, your career, debts, taking care of your health etc.. , you will experience a new breeze of relaxation in your relationships.
Do so, and you will also feel more confident to pick a partner who is right for you! Taking self-responsibility for our authentic needs, leads to self-empowerment, better self-worth and self-respect, and that leads to more harmonic relationships.

4. Be aware of your boundaries and hold these space for yourself:

Being honest to ourselves about our boundaries and limitations is absolute essential for a undisturbed energy flow in all human relationships. Every minute you spend in company, you teach people how to treat you. You are consistently sending out information to others, about how you want to be treated. What is within your boundaries and what is a deal-breaker for you.
You communicate to others your core values about things like honesty, respect, reliability, sharing, what you need as personal space, your alone time, or how much physical affection and romance you need. Knowing that, you can imagine that inner clarity about your personal “rights and wrongs” is an excellent way to attract a fitting relationship partner.

For most people it is simple wonderful to be able to hang out with other human beings, share experiences together and create new dreams. It can be hard and painful for people, to be alone, as human beings are naturally built to be in love and bonded with another.
Problem is, the “fear of being alone” – is the most common reason people stay in dysfunctional relationships. So do things alone, hang out with yourself and learn to truly enjoy your own company. Know, that before you can have a successful and fulfilling relationship with another, you have to develop a solid relationship with yourself.

6. Be who you are looking for:

We live in a universe that works by the law of attraction!! What we desire in our world, we have to become first! Easy as that! How could you possible go out there and ask the divine forces for an honest, authentic and loyal partner, when you are an unauthentic lair, who usually betrays there partner within the week!??
Instead bit by bit, you have to become the list of what you are looking for in others.
To choose healthy partner and create better relationships, we must have integrity and keep our promises. We need to be authentic in word, deed and action.
Be truly present with your partner! Be available! Make time for each other and you will see, the love will flow!
