The Buddha Path: Transforming Suffering into Peace, Joy, and Liberation

Dear Friends,
have you ever heard of  the Buddhist Monk Thích Nhất Hạnh? Or let me rephrase that, you have heard of the Buddhist Master Thích Nhất Hạnh. His spiritual quotes, teachings and reports from life experiences, are all over the internet, social media and other places where spiritual awakened ones and seeker come together. He is a Zen Master, a global spiritual leader, a poet, an international peace activist and in his tradition he is considered a Living Buddha or Living Christ. Born  in 1926, he started teaching in his twenties and ever since, his life has since been dedicated to the work of inner transformation for the benefit of individuals and society. His teachings on mindfulness, on peace-making, on community-building in schools, workplaces, businesses and even prisons, has inspired millions of people by now.
Thích Nhất Hạnh’s key teaching is, that mindfulness is the gateway to be in the present moment and doorstep to truly develop peace, both in one’s self and in the world. For the collective awakening of humanity his sharing is more relevant than ever, as we have now entered the year of authentically putting the teachings we have received into actions, and find creative solutions from a place of wisdom. The many links in the text are there to show, how highly relevant his teachings of 60years are for us here and now!
