Living By Native American Ethics & Helping Heal The Waters Of The World

1by Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
since the beginning of this week we have heard a lot of different news from the Dakota Access pipeline, where in an incredibly impressive Native American mobilization, dozens of tribes united and joined in the resistance against the Dakota pipeline. A movement deeply needed in order to protect the water resources of thousands of beings. Very important voices are joining in from environmental groups as well as politics and celebrity support, and the masses feel moved. Many people reported to me, that they feel overwhelmed and pained by the situation, but do not know how to help.
So as not all of us can pack up our lives and join in with activism, we need some good tools to work with the energies present. Here is a song for the water spirit, for all who want to support the cleaning process of the worlds waters,  https://youtu.be/RRucHpIxzHE ,  and some Native American prayers to connect with the earth and her tribes.

Wakan Tanka Lakota Prayer
Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery,
teach me how to trust my heart, my mind, my intuition,
my inner knowing, the senses of my body,
the blessings of my spirit.

Teach me to trust these things
so that I may enter my Sacred Space
and love beyond my fear,
and thus walk in balance
with the passing of each glorious Sun.

Hear Me
Hear me, four quarters of the world
a relative I am!

Give me the strength to walk the soft earth.
Give me the eyes to see and
the strength to understand,
that I may be like you.

With your power only can I face the winds.
Great Spirit…
all over the earth the faces of living things are all alike.
With tenderness have these come up out of the ground.

Look upon these faces of children without number
and with children in their arms,
that they may face the winds
and walk the good road to the day of quiet.
This is my prayer’ hear me!
Black Elk, Sioux Indian

bcWise Words
Live your life that the fear of death
can never enter your heart.
Trouble no one about his religion.
Respect others in their views
and demand that they respect yours.

Love your life, perfect your life,
beautify all things in your life.
Seek to make your life long
and of service to your people.
Prepare a noble death song for the day
when you go over the great divide.

Always give a word or sign of salute
when meeting or passing a friend,
or even a stranger, if in a lonely place.
Show respect to all people, but grovel to none.

When you rise in the morning,
give thanks for the light,
for your life, for your strength.
Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living.
If you see no reason to give thanks,
the fault lies in yourself.

When your time comes to die,
be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death,
so that when their time comes they weep and pray
for a little more time to live their lives
over again in a different way.

Sing your death song,
and die like a hero going home.
Tecumseh – ShawneeaDear ones, I hope you are feeling strong and radiant in your light these days. If it feels right for you and comes up as a desire of your soul, I hope you share wonderfully nurturing moments with the loving forces of the water and the indigenous tribes of this magical world. Use this challenging moment in time, to create a link to your deepest inner connections and most essential teachings, about equality and brotherhood of all beings on this amazing planet!
Lots of love and blessings!

How Indigenous Wisdom, Shamanism, Environmentalism & Our Awakening Meet

1850-8343by Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
over the last month the spirit guides have dropped hints that we collectively need to make a deeper inner connection with mother earth and our own human nature. This week now the Taurus New Moon brought us the energy field needed to ground all this new energetic connections into our physical body. Next question is how that will influence our society collectively. I would say by now there is no doubt, that human beings need nature for creative inspiration, inner peace and communion with spirit.
When we spend time in nature, our inner connection with the energy and vibration of all life on planet earth is growing. So if we accept that spirituality is supposed to lead us to authentic expression of unconditional love, compassion, and ethical ways of living, then spirituality necessarily leads us toward an inner need to take better care of the Earth than we are now doing as a global society. And now the collectively renewed energy field, allows much more people to feel a deeper and more tuned-in relationship with nature and mother earth.

In 2012 the Kogi people of the Sierra Madre in Colombia, shared their latest film, Aluna, sending out a warning to the world that we must change our path in how we treat pacha mama and the collective resources provided. They are a very old tribe, filled with indigenous wisdom, which lead to them having no interest in being studied by Westerns. They have not allowed anthropologists to live among them. And they have not allowed that their civilization becomes simply another object within ours. Maybe, because they can see thru the illusions the western world still expresses in the desire to conquer nature, which has destroyed the forests, rivers and mangrove swamps near their home.

A personal message to all my facebook friends!! FB is limiting the distribution of my posts daily more. If you resonate with my articles and are used to find my work  shared in a group, rather sign up on my newsletter here to make sure you get the information!!! Over time I might not be able to put in the FB time, if it does not lead to what it is about – SPREADING THE WORD ;-)!indexLast year, on Thursday, April 30th 2015, four tribes in the amazon rain forest (the Munduruku tribe, the Apiacá people, the Kayabi tribe and the Rikbaktsa tribe) chose to overcome their own cultural differences, in order to stop the hydroelectric dams the Brazilian government was working on. The construction of dams had decreases the fishing stock, making it difficult to maintain the life of this indigenous people that are originating in the Amazon. They managed to issue a strong 30 joint statement, asking the Brazilian government to halt the construction of four hydroelectric dams on the Teles Pires cascade, a tributary of Rio Tapajós.

The indigenous people claimed “The government builds dams without ever finishing their environmental studies, and without awareness or respect for the consequences of the destruction of nature on our lives”. The authorization was issued for the construction of dams without giving response to the indigenous people, and leaving them with no fish, no water, no resources. The dams of the Teles Pires and Colider had already killed tons of fish and thousands of animals. And downstream of the dams the fish where dying, because of the sudden floodsand and uncontrolled lowering of the rivers “.

And now, with the new born inner connection to the earth and all her elements within our human existence, we will start feeling again the impact of all the things our society has done to nature.

  • Oil drilling and fracking release toxic chemicals into the Earth that harm the surrounding ecosystems, plants, animals, and humans who live nearby.
  • Spraying our crops with pesticides and herbicides to increase production ultimately poisons the food that we eat; we still do not fully understand the long-term consequences these practices will have on our health, reproductive ability, and longevity.
  • Burning fossil fuels to support our dependence on motor transportation, air conditioning, and other conveniences, pollutes the air and increases the carbon in the atmosphere, which brings harm to every living thing on the Earth.
  • Factory farming results in cruelty to animals on a massive scale including poor living conditions, injection with chemicals and hormones, removal of calves from their mothers immediately after birth, and other atrocities.

hRemember the article “The Earth And Us Are One – Earthquakes, Volcano Eruptions & Human Passion“? There I shared insides about our inter-connected nature even with the weather expressions.  As our dominant cultural mythology falls apart, we face repeated humiliation in the failure of our cherished systems of technology, politics, law, medicine, education, and more. By now. only with increasingly willful ignorance we can deny that the grand project of “civilization” has failed. Thanks God the needed humility to truly hear the messages of the indigenous people by heart, can be born of this humiliation. So it is on us right now, to turn the boat around and align our daily life with this awareness.

Dear Ones, the next collective step we need, is to focus our passion on planing and creating this world capable of hosting the Golden Age of Aquarius. To find back to harmony with the earth and oneness that moves us. I hope your activism is inflamed already! And that you are burning from within, for the preservation and sustainability of the mutual ground we are standing on!!! There is much each of us can do, from adapting our shopping habits, to raising inner awareness how we treat water and other natural resources,…
Love and Earth Blessings!!

Numerology 8 (2015) – Power to collectively choose Authentic Political Leader & Guatemala is free!!

Avvby Edith Boyer Telmer

Dear Friends,
I hope you have noticed the amazing, magnificent, WORLD CHANGING, events that happened this week on our planet. An incredible victory of powerful, peaceful, collective change regarding political influence and military power has been achieved by the consisting force of Guatemala’s people. A change, that expresses the qualities of the numerology number 8 – the number we are experiencing as human collective in 2015.
A brand new blueprint of divine will, guidance and faith is created for our world – available for all of us, to pick up and fulfill the call for authentically, truly serving leadership. Let’s choose people of authenticity, integrity, honesty, service now! This are qualities we need for a Golden Age of Aquarius!!

So “what happened” in Guatemala and why is it “so important”, you might ask.
On a 3d level that is quickly explained – the president of Guatemala, Otto Perez Molina, resigned at midnight of the September night 2nd to 3rd – only 3 days before the upcoming election, under the constant peaceful pressure of thousands of Guatemalans, sick of corruption, scandal and betrayal from their government. An incredible act of peaceful revolution in co-creation with the divine will for our collective!

And why is this such a WORLD CHANGING event??
To answer that question we have to take a little look at the energies the numerology year 8 is carrying within and the history of Guatemala .lightThe number 8 is the great Karmic equalizer. An energy that just as easily creates as it destroys. As the 8 comes knocking on our door, we can be sure to be taught the Universal Spiritual Law of Cause and Effect. The law expresses – ‘as you give so you shall receive’, or ‘you reap what you sow’.
The 8 balances the material and immaterial worlds. At its best, it is as spiritual as it is materialistic. And, it teaches us to see money as a tool, rather than an end-result. When the energy of the vibrational field 8 kicks in, it creates a powerful drive to succeed. It’s the ability to rise above aversions and adversity, the clarity for good decision-making and it usually achieves it’s goals. The frequency 8 is also a call for authentic leadership in integrity, that integrates a profound understanding of human nature. And this is where Guatemala comes into the picture!
Because another of the impressive qualities that are provided for us by the current energy dynamic are, learning through experience, true justice, patience, self-discipline, insights, spiritual consciousness, a desire for peace, a deep love for humanity and the need for world transformation.
Divine qualities that created human action! Action, that the Guatemalan people have shown to a level of beautiful self-mastery.

And this is so amazing, because Guatemala experienced an unspeakable brutal, from outside forces directed, soul destroying civil war, in the years 1960 – 1996 (both numerology years 7 – expressing spiritual growth, destruction of the old for the sake of new beginnings – in alignment with the energies for a needed step in evolution).
A war that left the population in deep drama and fear about the negative power and impact their military and police forces have shown. The pain and suffering of hundreds of thousands civil victims, most of them from the indigenous tribes of the Maya (the natives of the Republic of Guatemala), left the country in a state of deep trauma.
And September 2015, only 15 years later, this people have gathered the strength for a leap of faith. The unity to stand up for a peaceful change. AguaAnd please take the time to contemplate what an immense sigh of strength that was!! In the same physical space, where so many of their own had been slaughtered by military forces and their governments police, they overcame their fears, memories and emotional imprints, to create an energy field of freedom from their so resent past.
They held their space, demanded their human right for honesty in leadership, without the violent history repeating (on an energetic level, you only need to transform 51%  of the old energy, to shift a pattern. The other 49% are deep root searching and detail cleansing, within the different manifestations – created from the same energetic origin).
So the change has happened!! The first manifestation, created by the voice of people who desire a prosperous, peaceful and shared life on this planet, has happened!!!!

Go out and spread the word!!!! Celebrate the amazing work, done by the people of Guatemala!!! Send them your deepest blessings and gratitude for this amazing service to the human race. Burn fires and candles in their honor, create ceremonies to invite this peaceful force of transforming energies into your country or, give more love and strength to the frequency field, that now is awakening for everyone.
Or simple consider yourself lucky!!! For you have been part of this amazing, magical world, in this mind blowing time of change for the human collective, to witness the seeds of the New World unfold!!
Personally, I feel extraordinary blissful, proud and whole today, because the amazing magical landscape and the heart-centered people of Guatemala, are my souls home and the passion of my heart!
Wish you courage and peace in the heart, when you are called to stand up and be part of the next big step of our new collective creation!!!
Blessings Edith

Read tomorrow how you can be an active part of charging the newly created energy field of world peace, with your supportive thoughts and actions!!

Sacred Science Film : Healing in the Amazon Rainforest

shamAlternative healing methodologies using plants and herbs in the Amazonian rainforest have been known to cure all illnesses including Aids and Cancer.
The Sacred Science‘ is an interesting documentary by Nick Polizzi which highlights the importance of being in natural surroundings while taking the jungle medicine to heal under the guidance of a Shaman.
Here is a quick synopsis of the documentary film …

imagesHow far would you go to heal?
Parkinsons’s Disease, Breast Cancer, Diabetes, Depression… Despite remarkable advances in modern medicine, our society still struggles to effectively treat these and other common illnesses.
Witness the story of eight brave souls as they leave the developed world behind in search of deeper answers. Living in seclusion for one month in the heart of the Amazon jungle, these men and women take part in the powerful healing practices of Peru’s indigenous medicine men, working with centuries-old plant remedies and spiritual disciplines.
In their most desperate hour, these patients are forced to confront not only their physical ailments, but their own spiritual and psychological barriers in the process. Five will return with real results, two will return disappointed, and one won’t come back at all.

Hope lies in the Amazon.
It is a known fact that over 25% of all our prescribed medical treatments come from plants in the Amazon Rainforest. The Amazon is home to over 44,000 species of plants and most doctors agree that this region is the most obvious place to look for the cure for cancer, M.S., Alzheimer’s, you name it. The main problem that scientists face is that there are too many plants and too little time to study them. Believe it or not, less than 5% of these plants have been tested for their healing potential!

downloadAn ancient culture holds the healing knowledge we’ve been looking for.
After hitting their heads against the wall for decades, scientists have begun to realize that the indigenous Amazonian tribes have spent thousands of years studying these 44,000 + plants and already know which ones hold the cure. In fact, they’re already using them to heal their own people!

EdwinHealsHere’s the kicker:
Even though there is documented proof that these treatments are extremely effective, the research and patenting process takes so long that most of us will not live to see them used here in the modern world. That’s where my team and I drew the line. We decided to take action. The medicines wouldn’t come to us, so we brought eight patients to them in our new documentary film, The Sacred Science.
In October 2010, we brought eight people with eight different illnesses deep into the Amazon Rainforest to work with native medicine men for 30 days. We had over 400 applications from people around the world, each desperate to find an answer to their illness. The selection process was grueling, but we eventually made our decisions and embarked on what would become the adventure of a lifetime. Best of all, we had a world class documentary film crew capture the entire journey !
