My Collection Of Awakening Experiences Continues No III

2-2by Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
nearly one year ago, on February 08th 2016, I shared with you this post called “A Collection of True Awakening Experiences II”, which was a Free E-Book project inspired by the wonderful Barbara Franken – to bring together the stories of many female voices, and their unique experiences on the path to authenticity and truthfulness. I did so, because I love projects that are born from collaborations, I saw a big chance to inspire lots of other women and men, and because I was giving myself a blessing for my birthday – which is the 8th of February.
This year I will make another leap into the unknown, and record an interview that I was invited to by the lovely team of  the awakening platform “The Spiritual Voice”. I will let you know for sure, when the talk goes online!! But in the meantime I did not want us to miss out on a review of the past year, and the steps I was able to make.

In what I posted for 2016, I spoke about the last ten year of my personal path of growth and enlightenment, and the dreams I have for the year that back than was lying ahead of me. Looking now at all the leaps and turns that I have taken in the meantime, I first of all feel like expressing my gratitude to my wonderful spirit guides, my loving dog family, my magnificent friends and all the other wonderful creatures, from the physical as from the non physical realm, for making my life such a magical ride of light and fun.
The Tarot Deck that I was talking about before, is developing beautifully. It is demanding a lot of attention and seams to have a very clear picture of how it want’s to be brought to light. I try to be the best immaculate mother to it, that I possibly can be, just follow all the corners the flow is taking and watch the tables turn. With my personal work load, I am about 1/3 in – my partner is very inspired in her painting process, and so we hope to be ready for publishing by the end of the year.

But not only that this baby is developing just fine, in the meantime I was inspired by international world events, with the idea for a book about creativity in 2017; as this is one of the major energy fields this year is powered with. My partner and I, also started talking about the value of a book about the creative process itself, as it is quite fascinating how deeply we are called to listen to the constant changes the deck is demanding from us. We have to be awake, present and willing to serve, when ever we sit down and concentrate on sharing what we receive.
eI also still adore my income work. Every time I AM spending hour with another being in a one on one training, I feel like another wonderful seed has been brought into blossoming. To have the chance and watch people go from the insecure thought of “am I crazy to think of feel a certain way”, to self-acceptance, self-love and forgiveness – which than leads for them to strength, stability and clarity in their guidance; is always a rise in my own inner degree of divine bliss.

And than, as the end or the ultimate test for every awakening seeker – there is of course the lovely family. I went back home to visit my core family during the summertime of 2016. Oh what a ride it was!! I started of with meeting good friends of mine, who had invited me to come by at their house and do some magnificent energy work with them, which I happily did. I spend several days with this closer circle of very like minded people, than I went to meet my mother. Now you need to know that karmically my mother is the only significant person o my system. She turned 85 last year and is in general in good shape, but what I noticed was a change in mindset.
When I was a child, my mother was a woman who would work and push thru every physical pain you can possibly imagine. She did so to such an extend, that I actually all my life considered her very cruel (a mix of her personal history and as well one of the B-Sides of her numerological vibration of 18/9). Maybe also because one day I had watched her slip with the ax – cut deeply into her meaty knee – take a deep inbreathe, than simply remove the ax – slip a bandage on and continue. As a little child, that was a shocker to me!
And now this same woman is talking about how normal it is to feel physical pain all the time, when you are of her age; how normal it is to not want to engage with life and seriously talk anymore, when you are of her age; and a lot about her loving connection to my beloved brother Martin, who died on Valentines Day 2011. I occasionally talk with my brother too, but I do not share any of her mindsets about aging or the physical body, and even that I did not mention that – my mother was triggered by vibration.

During this Vienna visit, I took many more trips to my mothers house, in order to spend at least 2-3hours the day with her; an amount of time I thought she would be able to handle without exploding on me in one way or the other. I have to confess that I overestimated her much more than I could even ever had imagined in my darkest childhood hatred ;-). The pattern of freak outs ended up with a frequency of 3-4 days, in which i watched her build up her frustration about “not being able to understand my world”, and than unloading this frustration in my presence.
I was fine with that, as I had sensed in my first week of traveling, that I possibly would not come back for a very long time – which also included a big chance that I would not meet her alive again – so I saw it as my last chance for a personal service to our relationship. Now let’s be honest, with today’s technology even long-term physical distance would not make any difference to a family that is close, but in our family the principle of war against everything that is bigger than the single ones imagination was “the word”.nOn my last day of meeting with family members, I came to my mothers house in a state of deep sadness about my brothers absolutely ignorant behavior, and even more the abuse he showed for the brotherhood laws for the Golden Age of Aquarius (a collective human theme, that always sets off my inner alarm system when I see people breaking the hermetic laws). That is something, I can not explain to my mom – and she is not good in holding space for other peoples pain. I tried to avoid a last clash and asked her for some time and space on her balcony, to deal with my own feelings and left for a little conscious breathing session.

But than – like I said – she is not good in handling that other people insist on having feelings ;-). She exploded over the fact that I would allow myself to come to her house, in a state of need for myself – and not perfectly poised and ready to chit-chat with her. In a moment of totally loosing it, she screamed at me “in your presence I cut all my feelings off”; to later tell me in confidence, that she also thinks of me as “the Angel of Death” – because both, my brother and my father died, when I had visited my family. It took me about five month to understand and integrate the details, of how this moment of my life was an incredible blessing.
Time to realize, that the tapestry of this ultimate rejection, that had grown from the moment on I started building my little fetus body in her womb, would unveil the last karmic strings to me that had connected us. By now, a “freedom to naturally BE ME” is the domineering feeling in my life.
Last week I had the pleasure to receive a reading of my personal Maya Calender interpretation from a dear new friend of mine, the amazing artist Gerhild Resch. She has the amazing ability to channel in a shamanic journey, how the different qualities of ones inner powers are feeling and if they are in need of any adaptations. I will happily report about the incredible details she unveiled to me in another post, but lets just say a little right now. Her explanations opened with telling me, that she had ever only shared a world like mine for one time before during her long experience, and that was in a reading she did for a child. The world she discovered in my sacred heart, was in her words that of “Alice in Wonderland” ;-), and that is just how I feel my life to be.

Dear Ones, I recently ended a piece with the following words: “I hope you are filled with a spark of inspiration right now, that you are motivated to remember the wonderfully relaxed ways in which you have been playfully creating as a child, and that you will allow them to guide you to a new mindset. No matter if you are planing to become the most important innovator of the Golden Age of Aquarius, or if you are just looking for new ideas to create your personal life, a playful approach is always helpful”. And believe me when I am saying with all my heart “I acknowledge what an incredibly blessed being I AM, to look at what I just shared with you and realize – I myself have very well followed my sparkling advice ;-)”!

Love and Blessings!
Edith

The Ten Attributes of Shamanism

schotDear Friends,
I am just so lucky and blessed how the world works for me, i have to all the time share – in order not to burst ;-)!! After my last two posts about how a shaman works with the blessings of the physical body as divine temple of growing consciousness, and the “10 signs you are called to be a Western Shaman“, there have been a few comments that this ideas could be understood as racist or offensive to indigenous shamans. So lucky as I am, the minute I read the comments, I also pumped into this wonderful article. It describes perfectly how shamanic practices have not only been used for thousands of years all over the world, and therefor are not at all region or culture specific or limited, but also does it shows that shamanic working people all over the world – show the same attributes. I hope you enjoy her piece as much as I did!!
Blessings and Good Guidance on your Path!!
Edith

Article by Jone Forest Mage:
As a contemporary shaman living in the urban setting of Chicago, people often ask me, “What is shamanism?” and “How is shamanism different from other forms of meditation and energy work such as Reiki, chi gong, prayer or creative visualization?” Shamanism is an ancient form of spiritual healing that has been practiced by virtually every culture in the world throughout all of human history. Some people think of it as the origin of all other forms of spiritual expression and energy work. Your image of shamanism may be of indigenous peoples drumming, singing and dancing in rituals to create healing. There are cave paintings in Europe created 40,000 years ago which depict shamanic-style healing rituals, and it’s likely that shamanic practices are even older than that. Many people think shamanism is exclusively a Native American tradition, but it is actually found all over the world. In fact, the word shaman comes from the Tungus tribe of Siberia. Shamanic practices are well known in India, Korea, Africa, Britain, and Australia, among many other places. Both men and women throughout the ages have been shamans. Shamanic healing works on the principle of restoring the vital energy, or soul.
The classic example is when an individual has lost parts of his or her soul due to traumatic events in life such as accidents, major illness, physical, sexual or emotional abuse or the loss of a loved one. To remedy this, the shamanic practitioner performs a soul retrieval healing, by doing a shamanic “journey” meditation to find and return lost parts of the client’s energy (“soul parts”). However, shamanic healing is not limited to soul retrieval, or only to the healing of the individual person. It also includes mending the broken ties of community on every level: within human society, with nature and with the spirit realm. This may mean restoring the connection an individual has to her body; encouraging a dialogue among the various soul parts within an individual; introducing a person to his spirit guides; connecting a client to the more-than-human matrix of nature; or helping a person find her expressive “voice” through singing and dancing. Shamanism shares many traits with other forms of prayer and energy work, but we can identify ten characteristic ways of working in shamanism. Not every shaman works with all of them, but the more of the ten you see in a practitioner’s work, the more that practitioner is shamanic in his or her approach. 5The Ten Attributes are:
1.) Works with spirit realm and spirit guides – Shamanism deals with going into altered states of consciousness to find healing and wisdom. In this altered state, we perceive all existence as being a big energetic field. The world is filled with spiritual beings and energies: angels, ancestors, totem, animals, gods, goddesses, nature spirits. These helpful spirits guide us to healing and wisdom.

2.) Heals through shifting energy – As contemporary shaman Bradford Keeney says, “Shamanism has nothing to do with how many beads someone has on a costume. The goal of the shamanic practitioner is to shift energy.” Healing is accomplished through returning energy that has been lost or unblocking the flow of energy, which may happen through direct energetic healing or through gaining information.

3.) Solves problems in daily life – shamanic work is not about simply having visions of the spirit realm, but to help self and others gain healing and wisdom in our daily lives. We work in concert with the spirits to improve the whole Web of Life.

4.) Travel out of body to the 3 Worlds– shamanic work involves “journeying” out of body into the spirit realm to work with the spirit guides for healing and guidance. Journeying is done to three different Worlds or planes of existence: the Upperworld, Middleworld and Lowerworld. The typical vision is to go through a tunnel, come into a place of nature (Journey Center) where you meet your team of spirit guides to ask for healing or information.

5.) Empowers the soul – shamanism heals and empowers the soul, which is the vital essence or unique individual Self. Through healing and restoring this spiritual power, many physical, mental and emotional issues are resolved. Soul is in between ego and spirit. Ego is the surface and limited sense of self, while spirit is the Great Cosmic “Soup” of all energy that encompasses all that is. Soul is what you came to this lifetime to accomplish: all the talents and the mission you were born with to contribute to the world.
23a6.) Heals the Web of Life – shamanic healing is not only about healing the individual, but equally includes healing human society, the spirit realm and nature: the whole Cosmic Web of Life. Some shamans work almost exclusively healing nature, or with the spirit realm.

7.) Grounded in nature – the shamanic practitioner gratefully utilizes the powers of nature for healing, transformation and restoration of energy and to stay grounded in the physical plane.

8.) Grounded in the body– shamanic work is not just about having mental visions nor does it try to transcend the body. It addresses feelings and intuitions from within the body and heals what psychologists would call psychosomatic issues.

9.) Grounded in expressive arts – shamans throughout the ages have used singing, dancing, drumming, storytelling and visual art as ways of shifting energy, expressing their visions and creating healing. The healing that shamans perform encompasses the work done in such modern healing modalities as movement therapy, sound healing, psychodrama and color therapy.

10.) Face shadow side – shamanic healing often confronts the “shadow side”, drawing out the full range of energies and emotions including anger, sadness and fear to create cathartic healing.

Within the New Relationship Paradigm – Our Sexuality Is Secret!

saby Edith Boyer-Telmer

Dear Friends,
in the last couple of month a lot of my clients expressed a newly discover need, to evaluate their personal expression of their sexuality and other physical desires. This is a natural side effect of the human collectives inner changes towards our new relationship paradigms, the balancing of the divine masculine and the divine feminine energies and the grounding of this harmony into everyday life. It seams like we are really close to the completed picture, as many feel their sexuality seams to be some kind of paradox… Something people really feel driven now, to talk about… and at the same time feel like it should be so natural and easy, there is nothing to talk about…
The beauty of this moment is, that a paradox in itself is ONENESS! It represents the two poles of the circle… just like masculine and feminine are. And while they are poles on the circle of life, they are also one within this circle.
In relation to our sexuality that means, that the bigger picture is not either or but as well as. We should feel naturally drown to each other by heart and physical attraction. Should as naturally come together as possible, in purity of sharing our true being with each other. And, we should talk about it a lot! Exchange who we really are in order to meet on levels so profound, we never even imagined we could be able to connect.

Here are some simple steps to come to a place of openness and sharing, which leads to the true divine purpose of sexuality… the unification of poles, that once thought they are living in separation and in sexuality finally can feel – they always HAVE BEEN ONE!!

1. Know your Bio-Rhythm

Did you know that there are a variety of body rhythms that can increase or lower our sexual response? This rhythms are creating better or worse times to enjoy and / or encourage sexual activity! So one way to make sure your sex-life is happening at a time where you truly connect with each other in body-mind and soul, is to know when you highest physical respond to sexuality is. To go a step further you can look at both charts and see when you are both at the peak of your physical desire. Make it a game rather than a sign of success, to watch the different levels of intensity, closeness and connection you experience during the many phases of your bio-rhythm.ghh2. Know the time of day you enjoy

Over the years of sharing tantric teachings, I met a lot of people who expressed their frustration and irritations, over feeling internally disconnected from their natural rhythms and cycles. And here I have to make clear “Ladies.. the pill was not a blessing!!” and, on a deeper level it was not brought to us by the pharma industry, to create the field and possibility for women to explore their sexuality in freedom… it was spread all over the world to disconnect women from their divine connection to the rhythms and cycles of the universe, that our physical bodies sensory-self naturally is aware of. So go back and feel yourself again!! Don’t make your sexuality another appointment in your busy calendar! It’s a time to be with yourself, while you share your energy field, emotional field and physical body with somebody else. Know if you like morning-sex or not, know if you enjoy being woken up in the middle of the night, be aware if you need routine or surprise, … and share this knowledge with your partner.

3. Never abuse your sexuality

What ever your own truth and personal expression of this truth is when it comes to your sexuality, don’t ever abuse yourself when you share it!! Doing so can open up a wormhole of emotional and psychological issues!! Issues with a profound negative effects on your mental, emotional and physical health. You might ask yourself, but what is abuse in this case? If you share your sexuality with an individual you feel uncomfortable with or you are even scared of, having petty sex, sharing sex when you’re angry, having sex with someone you don’t feel connected with or have bad feelings for, having sex when either person isn’t feeling well, having half unconscious sex on alcohol or drugs – these are all expressions of abuse! As long as you abuse your sexuality on any of this levels, your sexual expression is contaminated with the vibration of this abuses!

4. Know your level of desire

I have to confess, human sexuality is a pretty tricky thing!! As soon as a single thing kind of “goes wrong” it has the power to mess with our heads pretty badly. In the moment we are aware of that and look at it from an outside perspective, we already take back some of our lost power. So when it comes to desire, to the fire of passion, the wish to physically feel so much… we need to do share in clarity… Talk to each other!! Share with your partner that you are only really “hot for it” one time the week, even that their need is maybe 4 times. Speak openly and fearless and look together for solutions!! We need to understand that our partners desire and drive for sexuality – is a completely personal thing – just like our own is, and that it has nothing to do with the quality of the relationship, the love your partner has for you or how desirable he/she finds you. From that perspective – why not let him masturbate in the bedroom (instead of hidden behind the closed bathroom door), maybe be present and simple watch… could even add extra pepper ;-)!! Ok is, what ever it is that fits for you, your partner and your co-creative relationship! Make this decisions together, and it will create a deep level of trust and gratitude for another!!nkj5. Be present with all your senses

Sex is an essential part of life. It’s for our health and well-being as important, as our nutrition or our sleep cycles are. Sex in its divine expression is not simple a physical act, but the union of two bodies, minds, souls and emotional bodies. When we approach it that way, sex becomes a spiritually fulfilling experience. And, it can only be experienced within the physical body – soaked in with all its senses. The environment, the food, the music and the lighting you choose, all play an important role in developing intimacy, closeness and emotional comfort. Take time to prepare, enjoy the feeling of “inviting your lover”, play with your imagination, get excited in your mind – and than allow this excitement to have its way with you and your partner!

I hope my sharing brought you some inspiration, maybe a little bit direction but most of all, joy for a brand new paradigm of a collective sacred human sexuality!!
Blessings in Extasis!
